Exquisite and authentic preparation of everything from appetizers (recommend the octopus), salads, entrees. The lamb dishes are to die for. We are repeat customers and have had both the the lamb shank and the lamb chops. Gracious service. You enter from a mall parking lot but once you are seated at a booth you would never know that you are not dining in Turkey.

Visit Naples and found this Turkish restaurant online. We came to check out the restaurant for dinner. The are not busy,only few tables, The restaurant is clean and comfortable, the waiters are friendly,they have Inside and outside sitting area. Turkish tea was very yummy 👍 , I order the lamb shish kabob with rice was good,only one thing I just don’t like those onion on the side,tasted bitter😃,maybe next time I will asked for change something else,Haha!

To summarize: I'm super picky about my Mediterranean food and it is hard to find good spots in the US but this place is great.
There weren't a lot of people here which I wasn't surprised as not everyone knows how great Mediterranean/middle eastern food really is.
The staff was great. Friendly and accommodating, they take allergies seriously and know how to have a great conversation.
We ordered several items to get a good taste for the menu. We got: red lentil soup, grilled octopus, falafel, Shepard's salad and iskender kebab. Absolute favorites were the octopus and soup,

Let me first start by saying that their food is very good and one of the only healthy options in the mall.
I have been ordering here since they opened and it's always been good service. However today, was much different.
I am rating 3 starts due to your customer service. I ordered lunch over the phone and picked it up in store. When I got there the gentlemen took my card and swiped it and said " I already charged for the lunch I just have to add the soda since you are adding that now" I said ok and he put the card through.
As I'm walking out the manager comes running after

I love Turkish food and I love eating octopus, so when I saw that Vourla is a Turkish restaurant that serves octopus, I had to go. Although the restaurant is located in an indoor shopping mall, it has an entrance and a storefront outside from the parking lot. The decor is simple and modern, but there are enough Turkish touches to make it feel authentic. And it IS truly authentic; one of the servers is Turkish and just now learning to speak English.
We ordered the Char-grilled Spanish Octopus, Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolma), Lamb Chops and Mousakka (Musakka), and had the Kunefe for dessert.

However, I will say that the food was delicious!
We ordered a lamb burger (which was 10/10) that came with fries and we did a pick 3 for sides (hummus and some others).
Really tasty food and great service. The place is kind of in a random location, but worth to give it a shot!

This is my first time eating from here and trying Turkish food. I'm Greek but know a little about Turkish cuisine (we have very similar food haha). Overall I was satisfied. I'd come back to try more on the menu.
For starters my mom and I ordered the dolma along with the tzatziki/cacik dip and pita bread. The dolma were tasty, though the dip was okay. My guess is that cacik is not made as thick as how tzatziki is usually made.
For my entree, I ordered the lamb and beef doner (gyro) kebab, which I expected to be a gyro sandwich since that was stated on the menu ? But it came out as a platter

It was the perfect gem for my birthday celebration! 😁 😀 I told my husband that I wanted to try Mediterranean food for my birthday & he made it happen! My husband and I came in Thursday right after the rush. We had the restaurant all to ourselves! Vacationing in Naples, FL was so much nicer than I thought it would be! Honestly - Vourla is the hidden gem of Naples, FL. We are impressed - as people from the Balkans (Balkan Peninsula, Europe) and people who have visited Turkey many times - we were truly impressed. We experienced warm Turkish hospitality, outstanding service by Tolga and the entire service team, heartwarming deliciousness in every bite of freshly cooked from scratch authentic food topped with the most delightful kunefe with Turkish coffee.

This place is a hidden gem. And when I say hidden gem, I mean it. We ordered the food online & I drove around the mall parking lot twice before finding it. It is not inside the mall food court, but it is attached to the outside of the mall. Hopefully, you will have an easier time than me finding it.

I am completely obsessed with Mediterranean food and Turkish food if you have ever had it is extraordinary when done well. This place knows how to do that! Expect excellent food from starters through dessert and the service is on point! It is authentic and if you speak Turkish you will feel like you have met your family. Great place for Mediterranean food. Chicken gyrus meat was tender and delicious and so were the chicken kabobs. I appreciated them allowing me to substitute my rice pilaf for a side salad. Our waiter and other staff were attentive and friendly. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathrooms were messy and not in a great shape.

4 1/2 stars. Nice surprise! We ordered delivery from Vourla via Uber Eats while we were still on Alligator Alley. Yes, it was a Friday night and we were starving! The food came just a few minutes after our arrival. The food was packed well without spillage.
