THESE GUYS ARE TERRIFIC!! Josh & Luke (Jr?) were here to unclog a drain. But, while they were here...other issues came up. They not only figured out the source of the other problems...but fixed them on the spot. I totally recommend these guys...plus they were really nice.

Matt did a great job in removing tree roots from my clogged main drain. He arrived promptly. Removed the problem roots, tested the drain to ensure that it was flowing perfectly, cleaned the area and explained exactly what he had done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Annis to anyone with a plumbing problem. Matt did a superb job!

Horrible. We have tree roots in our sewer and need to unclog once/year. Last week we had them out again and then had another company run a camera thru a few days later, and DC annis did a horrible job. Camera guy said we got taken, and the video shows we'll need to get unclogged again soon (so there's a waste of $200). When we contacted DC annis to tell them they said they can't warranty tree roots so basically, tough luck. I can understand they can't warranty after XX months (because roots do grow back) but not even a week after? Clearly these roots were never taken care of. Horrible. Don't use

Horrible customer service. After a major plumbing emergency and flood, we needed to find a company capable of draining, cleaning and inspecting our sump pump. The first call I made to D C Annis seemed fine, the representative I spoke with was helpful sounding and told me to be ready at 8am the following morning for service. I was. By 10:30 am no one had called us, so I called back the same exact number that I had scheduled service with the previous afternoon. This company was scheduled to come out to our home by Centerpoint. They scheduled an entire day as the window. From 7:30am to 11:30pm, they never showed. After waiting an entire day with no word, we went to bed. At 1:30 am, the guy called and when we said that we didn’t want them to come out, he said “Good, I can go get some sleep”. The next morning someone called and said that the tech would be out between 3pm-7pm. Again, no one showed up and no one called. My husband calledCenterpoint, who then reached out to them. I could not be happier with the service I received. All of the "dispatchers" I spoke to were courteous and willing to help. I spoke to two plumbers who were up front about pricing based on the clearing of our main line. Matt ended up coming out and was very professional, respectful, and kept a clean work space. The price I paid was very reasonable. I will be using this company again for any needs that I am unable to deal with myself.

I HIGHLY suggest you NOT work with this company! We had them out after my husband rented a snake and got it caught in our line. We asked that they help get it out and then finish cleaning the drain. The guy they sent, honestly seemed to have no idea of what he was doing (he didn’t even bring in any equipment other than a clip board).
After being down in our basement for less than 15 mins (half of it he was on the phone) he came up and said, “I gave it a couple of tugs and got nothing!” I then got a feeling that this tech had no idea what he was doing and no idea how to confidently

We were trying to find someone who could deal with a very difficult sewer problem. The dispatcher, John, was very professional and courteous. He asked the correct questions to prepare the technician, Josh, to bring the proper equipment to deal with the issue. Josh arrived per the agreed upon schedule and did a superb job. He, too, was completely professional and very pleasant do work with. The job was completed promptly and completely. The charges were very fair and competitive.
From my perspective, this is an excellent company and one I would recommend without reservation.

I've been working with DC Annis for quite some time, the company always performs well. They go above standard sewer construction delivery excellent results. My friends and I can count on them for a development project or simple inhouse sewer repair. Front office is always convenient, answering calls and providing support. I had some flooding in my basement over the weekend and luckily had a neighbor who had a shop vac to help me get that water out before it hit the Carpets.. I called a friend who referred me to a plumber named Tony.. I called and Tony said I would need to go to a specialist. He then referred me to DC Annis(he said this is the only specialist he would use).
I was very pleased with the service. Kim who answered the phone was great, and the tech Garvin was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent service from this company. The plumber I called does not snake out main sewer lines. He did, however, recommend that I call D.C. Annis for the best job at the best price. When I made the appointment, I was told up front what the charges would be. Rob showed up on time and was both personable and knowledgeable. He got right to work, solved our problem, and explained the issues clearly when he was done. I hope I will not need to have the main snaked again, but If I do, I will call D.C. Annis.

Have used this company for past 10 plus years for routine maintenance and major clogs, have been satisfied with results, until today, called for routine main line cleaning, Adam showed up seemed a bit arrogant but who cares if you get the job done, so he brings a smaller auger in and proceeds to get it stuck in main, took some time to undo and tells me he pulled sand out and thinks line should be shot with a camera to see what's going on, I agreed to pay an extra $185.00 and another person showed up, ran the camera and did not see anything wrong, what Luke told us was Adam did not use a large

I set up an appointment earlier in the week for today. The service window was between 2-5. No one showed up nor called. I called at 5:15. No one at the company was there to respond. A messaging company relayed my call to someone who eventually called.
When I told him it was okay that he was behind, but that a call would be nice to say he was late, he didn't apologize or care.
He said he would call within the the hour and be at my house. An hour

PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
They did an incredible amount of damage to our home on a routine shower clog, forced us to take them to court, we won the judgment 100%, and they still will not pay.
My wife and I recently had DC Annis Sewer out to our house in South Minneapolis for a routine visit to unclog our shower drain. They sent out a super young kid on a Monday night who dragged in a old machine up our stairs and went to work on our shower. He was a 'bull in a china shop' and jammed the power snake into our drain with no apparent skill or finesse. He filled up the tub

It's been a while since we needed Annis Sewer's service -- fortunately -- and it only now occurred to write a review. These emergencies are never convenient, right? Annis had a guy at our door within 35 minutes of our call (late night, IIRC) -- we live in Burnsville -- and he was knowledgeable, efficient, cleaned up after himself, and the price was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to hire Annis again if the need should arise. (knock wood)
