I had a great experience with Mark and the crew. They were super responsive during the quote process and very knowledgeable. I called saying I had another quote and mark took the time to talk to me and explain the project and costs. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful. The crew was incredibly efficient, worked very hard and did a beautiful job! I've already recommended them to a family member looking for new flooring.

I could not recommend Barbara and the team more!! I just had LVP installed in most of my new two story condo and will be re-carpeting the stairs soon, and Barbara has been SO great to work with. She showed up for the first meeting with samples, which allowed me to get a sense of what I liked in my lighting. Her quote was extremely competitive, and she was also able to work with my difficult timeline (waiting on HOA approval and closing, then quickly ordering and installing before move-in). We just finished getting our rooms updated with new carpets & can I just same WOW, absolutely great customer service. Barbra was a delight to work with, she has amazing customer service and communicated thoroughly which was a relief. Her response time was great, her ability to answer all my inquiries was just as awesome! & her team came, did what they needed to do, and we were left satisfied with the results. This review is long overdue! I cannot recommend Barabara Tom and her company any higher. She has done over ten projects for me as I am a realtor and we regularly paint and re-floor most all our listings. She has the best ideas and such tremendous pricing. The installation is perfect and the guys are so nice and neat. A quality job and product every time and Barbara could not be any sweeter. She is the best to work with. Thanks Barbara Tom and team! These guys are great! Mark has awesome communication and was available to help us with our every need and question. He made sure we were happy and taken care of which is very hard to find these days. The price was right and our floors turned out amazing. We had our whole house done and the install crew worked really quick. They were even accommodating to our quick turn around as we were moving into a new home. We can't say enough great things about this company. We are in love with our new LVT floors! We worked with Barbara as project manager and Oscar and Fernando completed the work. We were SO impressed at Oscar and Fernando's level of skill, efficiency and quality of craftsmanship which exceeded all expectations. The whole team was fantastic and if we could give 10 stars we would. After getting a few quotes we also found Concord Carpet & HW to be more affordable than others. Plus they have a huge selection of floors to pick from in their shop which is unlike many other contractors. Amazing job!!

Have waited about 6 months to review. Still very happy with our new LVP and carpet. Business communications were very good (an important factor) and pricing was fair. A professional business with very skilled, kind, helpful and pleasant installers who worked hard to meet my much desired timeline. No regrets, which is unusual in my experience.

I recently had Concord Carpet install carpeting & vinyl plank in a listing of mine. They did an exceptional job and the installation looked great. Mark was very easy to work with on the site visit and estimating. Their installers left the house looking great and there were no punch list items needed. Their price was the best of the 2 bids I got. I would definitely use them again & I highly recommend them.

Mark has a lot of expertise and very easy to communicate with. I called a number of people about installing solid wood over concrete and he was the most knowledgeable on the matter. Most people just told me it should not be done but he explained why it might not be advisable and in what conditions it would be okay. He then immediately came out to do measurements on a weekend and advised me on what I should do.
