Attorney Ferguson was great. I was worried at first because I am in a different state and we didn't have much time to prepare before court. But she did amazing in front of the judge. She is definitely blunt and will tell you like it is which is important. I'd definitely recommend her firm to anyone going through a custody battle.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I contacted Attorney Ferguson for possible representation and while she was not able to take on my case she was professional, attentive, quick to determine my legal needs and took the time to provide me with some guidance that helped point me in the right direction. I would highly recommend giving her a call for any family law issues.

Patricia Ferguson is the attorney you want on your side. She is an extremely intelligent, hard-working professional that will devote herself to your case. I was able to spend a great deal of time with Attorney Ferguson preparing for my trial because of her dedication. She has a hands-on approach that makes you feel included in your case that I did not get from my prior attorney. This firm is not afraid of a massive workload and will get the job done. If your case is important to you, trust it to the best.

I consulted with Mrs Ferguson, this lady is very mean, patronizing, condescending and unprofessional. Glad it was only a consult and that was enough for me to understand that she wasn't the counselor I needed to rely upon for my legal matters.
Hope whomever read the review understand that she would likely do the same for everyone she faces - its just a matter of personality I was told. There is only one chance for a lasting impression and I got mine of this specific attorney within the first five minutes of the consult.
She may just be excellent when it comes to legal matters, but impressions

The most dedicated, compassionate, and thorough attorney and staff you could ask for. Through five years of litigation I've had three attorneys. No one has dedicated themselves more to my case than Ms. Ferguson. Corinne knows my case inside-out and backwards. The entire office, with Ms. Ferguson and paralegal Corinne (with eidetic memory) are so in tune to my needs they not only recognize my voice, but frequently answer questions before I even ask them.

Was about to retain Patricia Ferguson but then I met her paralegal, Carin, and I changed my mind. I've had enough stress with my case and dealing with attorneys. I don't need to deal with someone with a bad high and mighty rude and unapologetically so attitude. Patricia Ferguson lost out on a lot of money because of her.

I hired the Ferguson Law Firm to file for a divorce. The lawyer advised me to leave my wife and wait 1 year. Fully trusting the advice of the lawyer, I did not realize that my lawyer was setting me up for failure. If I had followed her advice, my wife (who committed adultery) would have won the case based on the grounds of abandonment and the 1 year waiting period would have entitled my wife to a greater portion of my retirement. Fortunately, I wised up and hired a better lawyer. Unfortunately, I lost a few hundred dollars because the Ferguson Law Firm were inept.
