They are too firm about their return fee of $100. Their '''medium''' latex topper isn't 30-32 ILD, it's too soft. Noticed too late there is no density listed, the material itself is flaky and will not last if you move the topper around a lot, or through general wear and tear. Now I have to sell it locally because returning a $180 mattress topper and getting back $80 is criminal. Avoid this business at all cost.

I ordered a mattress from Sleez EZ online. My wife ended up not liking the mattress as it was too soft for her and because it was too soft, there wasn't anything they could do to make it firmer. Even though we didn't end up keeping the mattress, I was extremely happy with my experience with the company. Especially in dealing with the returns, Rodger was extremely helpful and understanding. It was zero hassle. Would definitely look to buy a mattress from them in the future.

Our daughter LOVES her 3" 100% Natural Talalay Twin XL. We purchased in July of 2020 for her Freshman 2020-2021 academic year and she has been sleeping on it for almost a year and a half now. She goes to one of the colleges that actually did have in-person classes during COVID, so she started using it when she went to college September 2020. She has told us repeatedly that she sleeps so well and loves the comfort. She actually misses her Talalay when she's home! Unhappy with my experience. I told them I needed delivery on a specific day that I took off from work to receive the delivery so it would not get stolen. I was reassured that this would occur. It did not! When I voiced my concerns they were ignored. I was told that the mattress protector was the correct size for the full size latex mattress- it was not! The mattress protector was for a small twin size latex mattress. I would have been better off to buy one on my own that I knew would fit the full size latex mattress . I will probably go to their competitor in the future

Outstanding customer service, price and quality. You call and a human picks up the phone. Because I was unsure of the firmness they send me a box with all their samples for free. Ordered a topper and it was here within 2 weeks. Just be aware it expands not only in length but also more than a foot in width. There was some latex odor to it but that was gone within a day or so.

I did do a layer exchange and now I have the PERFECT bed. I wish I would have went latex YEARS ago! I have a king and made it with the two sides just a little different so depending on how my back feels depends on which side I sleep on. They made good on the pillow with the bad seam. All I can say is I sleep better than I've slept since I was a young teen and able to sleep anywhere comfortably.

Fantastic customer service!! I'd order from this company again for that reason alone. I wasn't happy with the mattress I originally ordered and they were friendly and helpful and made the exchange super easy. I have a 10 inch organic latex mattress and it is very comfortable! Set up was easy & fun but be warned, the boxes are HEAVY. The wool/cotton cover is beautiful. Absolutely no smell right out of the box. If I ever get another bed I'll be buying here.

My wife and I are used to sleeping on very firm surfaces. The bed we have and the ones we’ve tested in the show rooms just did not provide the uniform firmness that we were looking for. Just got my mattress and I love how quick and easy the shipping process was. I got a call the day after placing my order letting me know the mattress would arrive in 2 packages and how to put the softer layer into the main mattress. Highly recommend this place if interested in safer, non-toxic mattresses and bedding. All of our mattresses and pillows are Dunlop or talalay latex and we LOVE them! Recently purchased a mattress topper with cotton cover and wooden platform for my kid's beds. Very happy with the quality and value of products and the excellent customer service I received! Staff was very friendly and professional. I needed my order shipped at a later date and they were prompt at shipping once I was back in town.

This review for now is about customer service. As I have only had 2 nights on the mattress, verdict isn't in yet, but it's lookin pretty comfortable so far.
When it comes to customer service though - these folks are stellar! Ordered a latex mattress w 3 different layers that were FedEx'd out in three boxes. Fedex got turned around and decided to send one of the 3 boxes from AZ to TX to MS and then to NC (when I live in CA). And so the final layer of my new bed stationed out not in CA while the other 2 layers arrived in 2 days. After almost a week went by and Fedex hadn't updated

Doesn't last-expensive- save your money! We purchased Select Sleep Natural Talalay and Dunlap Queen 4 years ago and after trying the soft, med, firm arranged in different order still couldn't get the comfort level we wanted so after talking to Sleepez we ordered a foam topper from them $300 which did make it comfortable for a while. Fast forward 3 1/2 years there is a 1 1/4 sag in the middle a 1/4 less than warranty level when measured but when you are laying on it its like you are in a trough and can barely roll out. This has become just too uncomfortable to take any longer so its

These mattresses consist of 3 separate latex sheets which must be fit into a tight mattress cover. Each sheet is very heavy, very difficult to maneuver and will rip very easily. I weigh 155 lbs. Even so, the mattress does not maintain its shape along the edges over time and that requires the 3 pieces to be rearranged fairly often which in turn requires frequent lifting and tugging and the risk of tearing the latex. I will never purchase another.
As others have pointed out, it would be almost impossible to return the mattress because once it is removed from the vacuum sealed bags that it is delivered

We just bought our second mattress from Sleep EZ and couldn't be happier.
We bought the Queen Roma Latex Mattress for our guest bedroom and our guest loved the mattress. It has a softer and harder side, so perfect for any occasion and all you have to do is flip it over for someone who prefers softer or harder support.
We bought a latex mattress for our King size bed many years ago, and when I called Sleep EZ, they recommended the less expensive Queen Roma for the guest bedroom. They could easily have sold me a more expensive mattress, but I was very pleased to have a more economical alternative

The mattress came packed in three boxes that evidently had been compressed by a machine. It was obvious that once opened, there was no way to ever get the products back in a box! I simply sent all back and had to eat a $99 return fee.
They offer you a free pillow and protector but they are buried in the bed material and impossible to get to. $99--- goodbye!
They also offer a free pillow just for reaching the website. Guess what? Start to place the order and find you have a $15 shipping fee for the free pillow; not revealed until you begin to check out.

We bought our King Size Sleep EZ organic king Latex mattress with four layers. THIS PURCHASE WAS OUR BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER. We have had our mattress for two years and both sides have sagged so much that I have to dispose of it. My husband and I both weigh less than 140 lbs each so it can't be attributed to weight.

My family bought a total of 3 mattresses from this company between 2013-2015. When I purchased my mattress in 2013, I was happy with the customer service.
