I drove 2 hours to get to the store after looking at their web site. Have some medical issues I had been going through a new bed sets once or twice a year. The store is a wonder land of the finest beds I had ever had experienced. The owner listened to my concerns and showed me bedlines that she thought would meet my needs. I was encouraged to take a nap to help me make a confident selection. My new bed was delivered 3 weeks later. I have had my new bed now for 6 months with a joy of comfort every night. I highly recommend this business as it is run by the two most kind and wonderful people. We bought a beautiful leather chair but the entire place is filled with the best beds you will ever find, too. 5 stars are not enough for this family owned high-end bedding store. The owners, Kay & Phil take the words CUSTOMER SERVICE to an entirely different level. This store is a throwback to the days when merchants actually cared to make their customers happy. They not only bent over backwards but twisted themselves into a pretzel to make me happy. I l l was having problems with my back so this was no easy trick! They have a huge selection of merchandise coupled with a wealth of knowledge about beds & no pressure, just service ! I would highly recommend this business anyone who wants the right

Kay was great to work with, and their prices very comparable. The mattress we purchased, an Aeirloom Carmel, is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. Now we find ourselves looking forward to going to bed, and have a hard time getting out of it every morning. This is by far an excellent place to buy your mattress and bedding. You won’t be sorry for sure!

Best money we have ever spent!!! Life is short and much of that time is spent in bed. I can't believe how much time we wasted sleeping on anything but one of these mattresses.
Just spent 3 weeks traveling and sleeping on some very nice mattresses. However, upon returning home after a long flight and finally laying down on our bed from Scottsdale Bedrooms, both my husband and I were taken back by how incredibly comfortable our new bed is. We bought the bed the end of August. We knew we loved it then but now it I know how truly special it is. I am not even mentioning the easy, comfortable experience

My husband and I stopped into a chain mattress store and waited for 20-30 minutes... I'm actually grateful for our horrible experience at this other chain bed store because my husband then found Scottsdale Bedrooms. All I can say is WOW! From the moment you walk in you can tell the store is all about sleep. We were bed shopping for our new home with our 9 month old son and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. My wife and I had been looking to upgrade to a king size bed for months. Our search was over after we visited Kay Massano and Scottsdale Bedrooms. Kay's assortment of high-end beds, mattresses and bedding was without equal in this area! We tried out a variety of mattresses and both of us fell in love with the Aireloom Seville King.
At the time we were in the middle of some home improvements, so it was a number of months before we were ready to actually purchase the bed and mattress. We went back with an open mind and the result was the same. We both still loved the Aireloom Seville King.

One year ago, we bought two Airloom Belvedere Beds. We compared the Airloom mattresses to other stores in town. To us, these beds were the most comfortable. A year after purchase we are still happy. The Scottsdale Bedroom Store knows their product and they don't push. They carry models of brands and other brands I could not find else where. We were very happy with the product and the service. We expect these beds to last us for the next twenty years.

My wife and I stopped by Scottsdale Bedrooms as we were looking for a mattress. We were greeted by Phil and Kay who were absolutely wonderful to work with. Kay was extremely helpful showing different mattresses and informing us the difference between each mattress. Phil and Kay were not pushy at all unlike many, many other mattress stores and we ultimately bought a mattress from them. Their showroom has high quality mattresses at great prices. We're already planning our next shopping trip here!

The sales person that helped me was Kay and she was delightful! I love buying from somebody who knows what they are selling and can tell you why it's the best. I bought a Vi-Spring Sublime Supreme in 2011 from Scottsdale Bedrooms. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I am very happy that I traveled to Arizona (I live in the Midwest) to make the purchase from Scottsdale Bedrooms.
Since this was my first purchase of a luxury bed, there was a leap of faith to be made. I can say after 3.5 years of ownership that buying a Vi-Spring is a very intelligent way to spend money. Like most people, I spend 7-8 hours everyday in bed, so my bed is the most important piece of furniture in my house and certainly the most important pertaining to my health.
