I cannot say enough about how good the service was. My father got locked out of his car at the gas station, I tried calling multiple other locksmiths but it was 6 AM. Ramon was the only one who answered and told me he could be there in little as 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable as well and he got the job done I would say in less than five minutes if even that.
Finding a locksmith at that time can be hard and also very costly but Ramon came to the rescue at a great rate and fast service I couldn't ask for better.

My lock got stuck this morning - luckily I was still able to get in and out. I found Ramon on Yelp and contacted him via the online form. He was very quick to respond and answered all follow up questions equally fast.
He was at my place in the afternoon and switched out my new lock in ~15 min or less! It was awesome. I really appreciated the quick and painless service. Wish everything could be as easy as this!

We had some repeated forced entries with a screwdriver at my condo building common areas. Ramón was out here the next day and discussed additional security options for us on multiple doors.
He was easy to communicate with, reasonable costs, and did a great job "hardening the target". Highly recommend for HOAs.

20 minutes after my phone call in, the gentleman arrived at my doorstep as promised!
I was on a work call at the time but he got right to it and was extremely professional. He actually identified an error that the previous locksmith had made and fixed that too!
He was personable and courteous throughout. I'd go back to them every time!

Ramon is a consummate professional and did a fantastic job with our fence door lock. He communicated clearly throughout the process and found a solution to repair the existing lock rather than upsell us a new one.

If only every business was run this way the world would be a smoothly run cycle. Professional, easy to schedule with, and honest. I had brand new construction done and needed solid and cosmetically appealing door hardware installed. Ramon came out, and layed out several options and helped me choose the setup best for my needs. Ramon and his team are always prompt, courteous, and professional. They quote you up front and stick to their quote barring extraneous circumstances. Fast, same-day service. Very polite on the phone. Only complaint is they didn't try to upsell! I forgot I was going to ask them to add a chain instead of just changing the lock... $195 total to change two locks. Seems reasonable for an emergency service.
