Many companies assume that recruiting is the same for all professions and that the process and ATS software does all of the work for candidate selection and identification. That is a dangerous assumption and can be devastating to your recruitment success when the concept of generic recruitment is applied to engineering recruiting.
Approximately 20% of our projects revolve around Human Resource recruiting. Our clients vary from small, emerging companies seeking their first HR professional to large, established firms seeking more than the standard HR functionary. Human Resources recruiting is tough. It is not a strictly quantifiable function like sales, engineering or finance.
Finding the right person for the right job is not as easy as it sounds. Frequently, employers find themselves with tasks that they know need to be done, but they lack a clear idea of where that task belongs in their organizational structure or a vision of what qualifications an individual must have to be successful in that task.

I’ve worked with Jeff and his team at Right Recruiting on several Executive level searches and have only had good experiences with positive results. They take the time to really understand the needs and culture of your organization.
