Wendy Wharton has over 35 years of luxury and high-end sales experience ranging from roles as National Account Manager for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Regional Sales for the corporate office of Ritz Carlton and Fleet Sales Director of Executive Coach Builders, selling fleets of luxury limousines. Coming from Chicago with her sales knowledge and passion for design, Wendy developed the Staging South Bay brand with a very unique perspective.
We take your space to the next level, and bring you a custom design that makes each room POP! Homes, like people, have their own attitudes. Taking every variable into account such as color scheme, undertones of walls/floors, and window placement, allow us to let your property really shine. Positively know that my home sold within the 1st nine days because of Staging South Bay. They staged both outside and in gave me the advantage over other homes on the market. They have a great reputation a keen sense of what would flow both with my outdoor living space and inside. I listened to Wendy's relevant ideas and when I saw how beautiful my home looked after they staged it I didn't want to move!! They added surprise curb appeal and tied both my outside areas together. High quality furnishings were just what my house needed to make it so inviting that people wanted to see themselves in it

Wendy and her associates go above and beyond. We were amazed by her work on our first staging, so we continued to use her! She goes out of her way to check in with you to make sure you're happy with the furnishings, which shows she truly loves her work. I've recommended her and will keep doing so! She's great!

Very disappointed in Wendy and the services she provided. We were told one type of design would be provided but the furniture she delivered looked like it was from my grandmother's house. We asked her to replace the old outdated furniture with the style she described when she quoted the work, but Wendy said she had no more furniture in her inventory.
She refused to refund the full amount. We immediately asked her to pickup the outdated furniture as we knew it would not help sell the home. It was a bait-and-switch and we were stuck with whatever pieces she had in her inventory.

Wendy did a fantastic job on staging my Coastal Craftsman. As a realtor & landlord, I happened to be dealing with multiple properties at once & Wendy very quickly mobilized to get the team in. She is very calm, personable, self-assured and professional and the whole thing went very smoothly.

Wendy has an amazing eye, truthfully, artistic in some ways. Though I had issues selling my home, she gave me the most competitive pricing, and was incredibly personal, and in touch. She's looks at the location and decorates according to that. We live in a very ranch style home and community and she brought it to life with her vision. She and Bill are so kind and accommodating... helpful and reasonable. I would recommend this company 100%. We had a great experience with Staging South Bay. Wendy walked into our home and had a plan immediately. She and her team made our home look really great. Our home had mulitple offers the day of the first showing; and many commented on the way it was designed. They move quickley and efficiantly seting up and they were just as effeciant packing it all up. Would work with this comany again and will even be asking Wendy to help me design in our new home.
