Dr. Dea's staff is the first contact I had with him. You can tell by the staff what kind of experience your going to have. Dr. Dea really picks his staff well. They were wonderful with me. I was so impressed by the time I met the Doctor I knew I would have a positive experience. Dr. Dea did his exam and pointed out to me in a way I could understand what was priority in fixing my teeth. He presented what was within my budget and I felt I could make an informed decision on what I would do next. I actually look forward to getting my teeth fixed.

The dentist is actually really nice but his people not so much. I had a cleaning schedule from six months ago. I got a text message reminding me and I responded asking if I could reschedule. Without even speaking with me my appointment was canceled. When I called in to ask I was advised because I asked if I could reschedule. If I knew I was not able to reschedule I would’ve kept my appointment the rep refused to let me continue with my cleaning that I had scheduled from six months ago because they had given my appointment away without even speaking with me. My original review from 4 years ago is below. This is just a follow up. Now that I've been a patient for a few years, I can confirm that my original impression was on target. I'm very happy with my neighbor's recommendation. In fact, I've referred 2 other people, and both of them are equally satisfied!

A very caring dentist. I have not been to the dentist for a million years . I had to go for a bad toothache . I needed a root canal .Dr Dea sent me to a specialist . I just came back to get the tooth filled and have a cavity done . There was no pain . More important Dr Dea called me several hours later to make sure I was alright . What Doctor does that? This is a wonderful practice! I'm a new patient and was able to get in quickly. Dr. Dea and the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional plus they were all kind. No need to feel anxious going to the Dentist here.

Literally the best dental practice you will ever go to! I was a new patient with a toothache and they didn’t have anything available until the following month. I believe her name is Mary, said she will give me a call back if something became available. Doctors’ offices never call you back for that. But they proved me wrong. As shocked as I was, they called me back the same week I made the appointment, to let me know someone cancelled and there was an opening. I moved down from Canada and had went to another Dental office which had told me I needed a deep cleaning which would have costed me about $1000.00 , that’s with dental insurance. I then started researching online for another dental office to get a second opinion. Turns out I needed a regular cleaning and my teeth are in great condition. The whole staff is amazing, polite, and helpful. Doctor Dea is very professional and knowledgeable. I own 2 businesses therefore, I’m always on the go. They are fast and always on time. Couldn’t be happier with their service and amazing customer service.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Dea's office and I was extremely impressed. I filled out all the paperwork at home first online so as to minimize time spent in the waiting room. I found all his staff to be very efficient and friendly. His dental assistant made me feel as though I had known her forever, was very quick, efficient and caring Dr. Dea went over the xrays, did an exam and was very patient, kind and you could tell he truly cares about his patients.
