I never really post reviews but after a few very relaxing remote session with Amanda at Switch Hypnosis I am so happy I had to share!
I’ve had some ongoing issues with sleep quality and general anxiety lately. The evening after my first session I slept better than I had in a long time. Using some visualization tools I learned in our second session I have been able to fall back asleep easily even if I wake up which used to be impossible. I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Amanda 😴

Amanda is fantastic. I did 5 sessions with her remotely for anxiety and feel a big difference. She really cares about her clients and was very communicative throughout the process, tailoring each sessions to meet my needs. She has a very soothing voice that allowed me to go under, and suggested concrete tools that I am continuing to use to better cope with my anxiety. Highly highly recommend!!!

Amanda is awesome. I have to say I was skeptical, but the results made me a believer. She was so easy to speak to, empathetic and patient.
With Amanda's assistance, I was able to see that I was part of the problem which allowed me to make changes to start seeing a difference. Im more confident now and the problem I asked her to help with is in my rear view mirror.
I especially liked her personal touch, I felt very supported and reassured that she is there to help if things didnt go the way we wanted. Fortunately they did, but knowing she was backing me up made me even more confident.
