Dr. Cook is the director of Intracoastal Dental Study Club, which is a member of Seattle Study Club, an international organization committed to advancing their knowledge to provide excellent care to each and every patient that comes into their practice. The organization offers more than 32 hours of Continuing Education per year to dentists in the community through seminars.
Dr. Cook is also a member of two SPEAR Study Clubs. He meets and teaches his colleagues and spends more than 10 hours per week outside of his office acquiring more knowledges in dentistry to apply to his patients and dentists. Dr. Raul Cook earned his dental degree from CES University, Colombia, in 1994. In 1998 he achieved a Master in Public Health in the CES University as well. He completed a 3-year Master Program in Periodontics at Saint Louis University in 2008, and his research project was on "The Mandibular Density Heritability in a Captive Baboon Population".
Hello, my name is Helen Frame. I am a R.D.H. and am happily working for Dr. Raul Cook. I am a vintage model of a Dental Hygienist as I have been practicing dental hygiene since 1971. I graduated from Pensacola Junior College School of Dental Hygiene. Most of my years as a Dental Hygienist have been in private general practice.

Dr. Cook is the Director of Intracoastal Dental Study Club and offer seminars for dental continuing education. Dr. Cook is also the Co-Chair of the Department of Implant Dentistry at Broward College, where they educate dentists in the placement of dental implants.
Dental Implants have a much higher rate of success when placed by a Specialist. As opposed to general dentist, a Periodontist specializes in the technique of placing implants as well as other procedures that require extensive knowledge and additional training. Moreover, Periodontist have the ability of maintaining dental implants and consequently making the implants placed last much longer.

Dr. Cook provided excellent care for me when I needed gum surgery and several dental implants. He is one of the most pleasant guys you will ever meet any where. For the past several years I've only had to return to his offices for periodical cleaning. Even though my appointments are with someone else on his staff, he will always take time to stop and talk with me . I have known most of his staff for more than just a few years by now, and they are all very friendly, sociable and likable. You will enjoy your visit.

Dr Cook and his entire team are incredible. They are smart and caring. They get things done when you have an issue with lightning speed and take the time to get you taken care of even going as far as engaging a different specialist if your issue doesn’t fall within their expertise; not just a referral price of paper but speaking to whoever is needed. The hygienist and office staff are equally committed and absolute professionals. Truly amazing!

Dr. Cook is my periodontist. These are the things you get to say when you get older. I have a periodontist. I also have a dermatologist, but that's another review. This is for my periodontist.
Dr. Cook is personable, friendly, easy to talk to, and he listens. He looks at your mouth and ascertains your problems and lets you know what needs to be done. He's in my network (a huge plus) and his staff are very friendly.
I see him every six months and alternate with my primary dentist in the months in between and my teeth are still in my head. That's the best measure as far

I am extremely impressed with this dental practice. Staff is extremely friendly and compassionate. Every inch of the office is immaculate. Dr. Cook is a true expert in his field and is truly interested in his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone who has had problems with their implants or needs any periodontal work done. Was referred to Dr. Cook by my dentist for a problem that had been going on about a year. Other specialists had seen it and felt no treatment was needed. The pocket continued to bleed and be uncomfortable. Dr. Cook evaluated, made immediate recommendations and treatment plan and then implemented with my permission. The area healed quickly after the treatment and the bleeding and discomfort was resolved within days.
Since that first visit I have had two implants done by Dr. Cook that have been successful and they are healing well.

I have been a patient in this office over 20 years and travel more than 30 miles,round trip, to be treated. The front of the office staff is not just efficient, but friendly and caring. Marianna is, by far, the best hygienist who ever cleaned my teeth, and worth every trip I visit her every three months. Dr Cook is not only proficient and efficient but calming and charming. Dr. Cook is an exceptional professional, making his patients feel extremely comfortable. He is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain the treatment plans answering all the questions you have. His staff is wonderful, Lynn, Andrea and Arlene are the sweetest front desk you'll ever meet. I've had my teeth cleaned by Helen and Marianna and they are very gentle and thorough.
