I called on Christmas 2021 I'm working a double at nursing home and after watching for a out ten min on hold. I finally places my ord we r and a simple shrimp and broccoli and asked them to go light on the sauce. I was told to call some place else that they can NOT accommodate my request that was because it was Christmas. Do not spend your money here.. I see why theyvhave 3.8 on Google.

Just went to Ming Feng Chinese restaurant on Applegarth based on someone’s recommendation here. My wife and I walked into the empty place and were immediately sneered at by the waiter. We sat down and read the menu. The menu was not a dinner menu, it was a take out menu I guess they use for dinner guests. They appear to be trying to overcharge if you want rice or an egg rolls. We ate the noodles on the table while we waited for the nasty waiter to come . We waited 10 minutes in an empty place. This place is horrible, it needs to be shut down, no customer service wat so ever, the woman taking orders was very rude, this is America, these plp need to go learn good manners, you ask her do u deliver? She says no and hangs up, she has no time to take orders patiently because she claims there are other customers calling, pls stay away from this rude place

Late night at work and we were hungry. Decided to stop at one of our usual places. Ming list's their hours as open until 10pm. We walked in at 9:06 and were informed that we'd have to be done eating by 9:30. When I explained that they advertise being open until 10:00 she repeated quite coldly that we'd have to be done at 9:30 so her staff could leave. Used to enjoy Ming but this event left me soured.
On a better note, their Orange Beef is outrageous, dumplings are delicious and we've never been totally unhappy with the food itself.
