I have been with the State Farm (Rich Voci) agency for many many years and can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with them. Life throws you many unfortunate events (even ones beyond your control like a deer jumping out in front of you) and the Voci Agency has always been there for me and my family. Love talking to local people who understand your needs and are super responsive.

Margaret was very accommodating providing me with an insurance quote and then ultimately a policy for a new camper. Everything was handled over the phone or email and even through texts. The best insurance company I’ve ever been with. Both Lisa and Margaret are the best!! They both give great service and they work with you until you are satisfied and happy. Every time I walk into the office I feel so welcomed, Michelle always greets you soon as you walk in with a smile and tries her best to help you if one of the ladies aren’t available at the moment. The ladies always goes over and beyond! I can honestly say I love my insurance company just because of the amazing ladies that work there!

We have been thrilled with this State Farm office. They have taken care of all of our different insurance needs. Their team, especially Lisa, is always super patient and knowledgeable when we have questions.
