I liked the office. I found everyone I met with to be personable. I liked Dr. Kersten. I actually saw him on the first visit! That was an unusual experience. There is nothing worse than going to see about a situation that requires surgery and wanting to talk it over with your doctor and all you see is their assistant!

I am very grateful for Dr. Kersten. He was straightforward, but compassionate, and he explained the surgical procedure in detail, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Through the surgery, he restored much of the range of motion to my shoulder when I had almost none, and he gave me hope when other surgeons did not.

Dr. Kersten was great. He listened and did not rush our time together. He was recommended by a friend for knee replacement surgery and I feel 100% confident that Dr. Kersten will give me my mobility back and have a chance to live pain free! It’s always a challenge to go to a new physician when you’re in pain and wondering if it will ever stop - maybe that’s anxiety. The staff at Dr. Kersten’s office were amazing, very kind, polite and conscientious. Dr. Kersten has a very good bedside manner is friendly and an expert. What more could you ask for?
