Price gouging. Charged 4 dollars a mile to the vehicle, 4 dollars a mile for a 15 mile tow, and 4 dollars a mile back to thier shop. Truck charge was 195 dollars. Total of 363 dollars. Never have I ever been charged for mileage to a vehicle or back to the shop. I use to work in towing years ago and we would have the truck charge and loaded charge only. Do not use too many other companies out there that wont gouge you.

Very rude and unprofessional!!!!!! The old lady hung up in my face while I was talking... Will never do business again with this company nor recommend... then not to mention they charge a extra $20 if you use a debit/credit card which is ridiculous, if I could’ve I would’ve pushed my car home and saved myself a headache.. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS !!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Kathy Bowers , the owner and manager literally has a sign hanging on the wall behind her stating she is a b!+€h! Kathy....you really truly are so obviously proud of your lack of business ethics that it is sickening. You should leave the words manager and owner off of the sign and maybe give that job to a better...more deserving person. You excel at the third title. My car was towed there after a wreck. I strongly reccomend against using bowers towing. They were called by the police to get my car on the saturday before labor day and then tried to charge us lot rent for the three days they were closed and we couldnt pick up the vehicle. To make things worse their driver misquoted the towing costs and all the additional fees quoting $250 when the actual cost was $400 to go less than a mile. In addition the owner kathy bowers was highly unprofessional both on the phone and in person, yelling and getting in my face when i disagreed with their deceptive practices. Behind her desk she has
