The psychologists and registered dietitian nutritionists at our practice serve residents in our Arlington, VA and Washington DC offices and via telehealth to residents of PSYPACT participating states, Our psychologists and dietitians want to help you live a life that is representative of your values.

We want to help you live a life that you care about. It can be hard to do that in the face of psychological and medical conditions. Often clients find themselves focusing all their energy on getting rid of or struggling with thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations they're feeling that they have little time left to focus on the people and things that matter to them most.

The therapist (Dr. Laila Farmand) did not look very seasoned. She used insensitive words when counseling. She also said that giving stress to a pregnant women does not have any impact and that my partner should let me cry without thinking about it. We consulted doctors and they said this could be detrimental to health of child and mother. It was a very traumatic experience having a session with her. Not the typical comforting conversation that one looks for in counseling. She also wrongly diagnosed my partner of PTSD.
Update: Got a call from the practice owner who refunded the fees and promised

I have been seeing Molly Bremer since January and cannot say enough amazing things about her. She has beyond exceeded expectations with how incredibly helpful she's been regarding my nutrition concerns but also so much more! She is professional, thoughtful, hard-working, and completely gets what activities and discussions benefit me most. She is one of, if not my favorite, person I've ever worked with in a counseling capacity (and I've seen so many people!). Thank you Molly!
