What a fantastic experience from start to finish working with Platinum Home Builders! This homebuilder built our home to perfection in less than 8 months. We demanded a tight timeline and Rich delivered a flawless schedule to make it happen! With nearly 10K sq./ft under roof it was no easy task to build and required attention to detail during every step along the way. Rich with two other partners built my home in Cave Creek back in 2008. It's one of the best homes in the area, that is saying a lot, there are many nice homes out here. Ask Rich to see the pictures. I give Rich 5 stars, He's honest also, that's worth it's weight in gold. He gave me a kick back .... $1500.00 when we hit a little hiccup when he would not have had to -- times were difficult back then. I have never forgotten the very honest gesture on his part -- been friends every since. Russ

If you're looking to build a home then you have to use Rich. No one is more diligent or professional. Rich doesn't play games, he just gives it to you straight which is what I appreciate the most about the process. When its all said and done Rich is just a normal guy who works his a** off.
