This company is amazing. They actually care about making the customer happy and not just making money. It was nice to "nerd" out with all the employees to come up with the best experience. I would give them more stars if I could. They recently finished a project for me at my new house, and it's the second time I've used them. Joe, Patterson and the gang are all consummate professionals, extremely knowledgeable, and unbelievably friendly. They do great work, with attention to detail, and they always make sure I know how to operate everything. Why would anyone use another company?

I recently looked for a Home Theater company to help me with an outdated sound system in my home. It was a ceiling mounted system of small speakers that delivered muffled dialogue and poor "surround sound" for TV programs and Blu Ray movies. At one point, I even disabled the center ceiling speaker and hooked up a Center speaker in my media center that immediately gave me clearer dialogue and reasonably good "stereo" sound. Eventually though I realized that I needed professional help to design and install an upgraded sound system.

MYTHIC did a lot of audio-visual at our home in 2019 and I was pleased to have done a GREAT Review on them at the time.
We have totally enjoyed everything that they did but needed to have them out recently to do some tweaking on the sound levels on the TV (they installed that, too) and I am doing another GREAT Review now. In addition to the tweaking, we needed help in learning how to stream so we can come into the 21st Century, so we contacted them and scheduled an appt.
These guys are AWESOME! They know their business and they truly are professionals. Granted, most of it is over our heads but

We installed some home theater equipment in 2018 with Mythic Home Theater. At that time, Patterson was our point of contact and we had excellent service and installation. Recently, I encountered a problem with the app and Patterson was patient and so thorough in getting my problem resolved. I was also helping a neighbor set up a fire stick and had one little issue and he was happy to help me sort that out, even though he was on his way out of town. The sales rep, Fernando took us through many options and spared as much time as we wanted in reviewing the products and our budget to come up with the right components for our home.

This is an interesting review as I had multiple hiccups with this project. It seems as though I was destined to have problems going from a flat screen TV to a projector setup but despite the scheduling problems we encountered, Joe and Patterson did everything they could to make it right.

Mythic Home Theater recently installed 7.1 surround sound in our home and we couldn't be more pleased. From Bev's great customer service when scheduling appointments to Joe and Fern's obvious knowledge and passion about audio, we had a great experience. Deciding who to use to install a system is nerve-wracking and you need to trust who you hire. Joe, Fernando and the rest of the team go to great lengths to earn that trust and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had a great experience with Mythic Home theater. Called and scheduled a consult with Bev on the phone. She was very polite and made everything easy each time I called. I have to admit I was reluctant to have an in house consult because I didn't want to feel pressured but Fernando came out and made notes and sent estimate the next morning. I was able to have a consult at 8:30pm which is unheard of but these guys love what they do and want the business.
We had a very quick turn around as I wanted everything done as of yesterday. They were able to accommodate my schedule and got right to work

This review is long overdue. We had Mythic Home Theater set up our new home with surround sound, a blue tooth sound system for the whole house with speakers in each room, and set up our Wifi.
This was a year ago and we have no problems and are very happy with everything! Joe and Pat provide excellent customer service. They were always available to answer my questions when I was learning how to use all the new equipment. They were even accessible nights and weekends.
We would definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Joe and the team were punctual, professional, helpful and answered every question I had or would have had later. It was very clear they were very experienced in what they did. They are a great team who are very passionate about what they do and do not worry about the hour of the day. They came in on a thursday eager to get started on my home theater installation and stayed late until they got most of the heavy work done. Came back on Saturday and finished up the job. Joe came out and gave me a quote on mounting two tvs, a new receiver and speakers. I gave him a budget, and he sent me a quote that was much higher than the budget I had stated. He said that whatever he sent me would be negotiable and that we could discuss other options if I didn't like the price. When I looked at the equipment he specified, I found that I could buy most of it for 30% cheaper on Amazon than what he quoted.
