Gregory has been interested in audio and video equipment since he was a toddler tearing apart his first transistor radio. A Midwesterner born and raised, it took a trip to the West Coast to open up new horizons for him. Only after truly getting into the business did he realize that no one really listened to what the client was saying or wanted or, more importantly, needed for a complete solution.
Background music and digital signage in restaurants, retail stores, offices and health spas has proven to be an excellent investment. Music can be used to set a mood, provide a soothing ambiance and to mask intrusive background noise. Improvements in speakers, amplifiers and music sources have enabled Definitive Entertainment to install full frequency range background music systems with sound quality that approaches home music systems.

What a great experience - Definitive Entertainment gave us our smart house - audio, video, alarm, cameras, lights, fans, shades - even the garage door - all on one system working together cohesively with wall controls, app control and even voice control! Gregory was the best - patient with our changing plans and working with us from the beginning (new construction) all the way to completion. He made himself available any time we needed and answered so many questions. He thought of things we didn’t have a clue about and gave us our dream!

Called Definitive Entertainment and Gregory came out for an estimate on 3 in ceiling speakers and 2 front main towers. Everything from start to finish went smooth as silk. The day of the install he came out with a crew and had the entire job done in less than 8 hours including patching and texturing the ceiling (multiple holes had to put cut to run the cables). Everything was so clean the wife didn't even notice anything had been done :) Highly recommend!!

This is a company I recommend and trust completely whenever I need audio work done. I have used them a many times since 2007.
Definitive Entertainment wired the sound system in my home with complete professionalism and after they were done you would never know they had been there except for the awesome sound coming from the system they installed. No exposed wires and they test and set up the TV and sound system so I never have to worry about trying to figure out the set up.
Competent and knowledgeable they are the best!

Definitive Entertainment has installed all of our audio and video systems for our company since 2006. They have installed projectors, projection screens, ceiling speakers for our music system throughout our office and TV installations. I never thought to ask if they do cabling and sure enough they do that too!
Cabling can get outrageously expensive as we found out. Now that we know Definitive Entertainment provides that service also it’s a huge relief to have that source.
