Together we can explore your true self, heal from past experiences, and help you build the relationships in family and partnership that you desire. The goal of our practice is to provide a place where you can start to explore issues that keep you stuck or suffering through psychotherapy.

We work with individuals, families, and couples to change behaviors, resolve conflict, improve sexual functioning, manage and process symptoms of depression and anxiety, work toward improving self-worth, and provide a space that lessens the suffering that trauma can have through therapy. We also work with couples to deepen their connection and rediscover intimacy & pleasure.
Services
Many of us experience times when we are depressed or anxious, when we are overwhelmed by the impact of trauma, when we are struggling with life transitions, stressors become overwhelming, or when we desire to understand ourselves or our relationships better. Many of our clients are looking for a therapeutic experience that leads toward improvement of their sense of worth and validation of their experience.
Couples comes to see us because they are experiencing conflict, lack effective communication, don't feel understood or heard by their partner, are dissatisfied with intimacy in their relationship, or are hurt and struggling after an affair. We work with couples who struggle with a difference in sexual desire or couples interested in improving their sex life.
Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it's having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it's our greatest measure of courage.

Many experience sexual difficulties including: low or lack of desire, trouble reaching orgasm, shame or anxiety related to sex, problems maintaining arousal, erectile dysfunctions, premature or delayed ejaculation, vaginal pain, sexual dissatisfaction, or having to cope with a past sexual trauma that impacts present-day.Most clients I speak to feel alone with their sexual issue or hopeless about how these issues impact their relationship(s).
Family therapy can be helpful for families with children of all ages; our practice focuses on family therapy with adolescents, college-aged or adult children; family therapy can include parents, stepparents, children and siblings, stepchildren, extended family, and others that have a significant impact on family life.
