Our main goal as a company is to help our customers FULFILL THEIR POTENTIAL as we continue working on FULFILLING OUR POTENTIAL as individuals and as a company. All of our employees are NASM Certified in Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition or Nutrition Coaching and are required to take a 6 hour in-house written exam over supplements and ingredients before working with customers.
We keep ourselves as educated and up-to-date on fitness, supplements and nutrition as we can. We believe supplements should only be used to complement good diet and exercise. That is why we strive to educate our customers and help create them custom meal plans and workouts that will work for them. We want to see everyone reach their goals and fulfill their potential.

Services
We offer several different services for individuals or groups. A few of the things we can do is allow anyone to use our InBody270 Body Composition Scanner at no cost, do a nutrition seminar at your work or gym, set up tables at your gym for your clients to try free samples of products, and can do one on one meal planning to help you get your diet on track.

I had just had my baby at Mercy and was needing to get out of the hospital room for a bit to get some fresh air. A buddy of mine told me how he always uses Triad. I decided to stop by because I needed protein. While talking I told the guy I just had my baby and he gave me a shirt…..it’s now one of my favorite gym shirts. It fits just right. Fast forward to today and they sent me a hand written card. These people do customer service first and supplements second. I’ll be back!

Triad is the best supplement store i have ever ordered from!! They are an hour and a half from where i live so I ordered over the phone and got some define protein powder! They sent it so fast and i even got a t shirt! Now i feel like im in the triad squad at the gym. They even sent me a thank you note which made it very special! This isnt just a business that you should support but a community.

I have never gone into another supplement store since I went into Triad for the first time in 2016. At that time Vincent, Kevin, and Chad educated me on everything I needed to know regarding supplements and proper eating habits rather than push illegitimate supplements onto me. Even when I lived in Norway for a couple of years Alonzo and Kevin gave me the same level of customer service and answered all my questions via Facebook Messenger despite the fact that I wasn’t coming in to purchase products. I can not type out the experience I felt walking into this store and make it really come to life with all the great things I felt walking in. Just like any supplement store for someone that is new to all of this, it can be a bit intimidating and super uncomfortable but from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I walked out I felt at ease and felt comfortable. The staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. My doctor put me on MK677 and recommended Triad to me. I went in not knowing exactly what I was supposed to get and they got me fixed up. They aren’t the slightest bit pushy and they take the time to answer any questions and talk to you like a friend. Shortly after my first visit there, I received a hand written note in the mail, thanking me for my business. In this day and age for a business to go the extra mile, is rare. I recommend Triad to anyone and everyone.

Best retail experience you will ever have, hands down. I have been in a handful of times, and the staff is insanely polite and knowledgeable. Without a single hint of them being "salesy". They have nothing but the best intentions for you as soon as you walk in. I even live several hours away and placed an order over email recently. It was as professional and streamlined as amazon, with tracking and constant email updates every step of the way. But still with their impeccable personal touch that no online business could ever touch. You are missing out if you don't shop here

HIGHLY recommend this supplement store. Probably the best part is the highly educated employees that assist you with what you are trying to accomplish. They really teach you about the products they have and go the extra mile to assist you including meal planning if you are trying to gain or lose weight. Suppliants can be confusing. And these guys really make it easier. They are hands down the BEST in OKC!

This was my first time in a nutrition shop, I just popped in because it's near the office. I explained to the nice man that greeted me what I was looking for (for my growing son) and he was very helpful and understanding. He gave me some pointers and suggested a few whey protein powders- even gave me samples to take home to my boy to try out, before committing to a big tub of protein powder he may/may not like. Super professional and friendly service. I felt very comfortable shopping and asking questions. Will definitely be back to support this local business.

Amazing customer service! They employees really know what they are talking about and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need (unlike some other supplement stores). They really listen to your concerns and questions and make sure they give you an answer in terms you can understand. They allow you to sample most products so you can know if you'll like the flavor. Overall, super great experiences when shopping with Triad.
