Super friendly and professional service here and they figured out the problem with my Honda accord stereo within minutes and provided a great solution which was better and cheaper than replacing the factory stereo and it sounds great!
So when my wife wanted DVD Bluetooth and backup camera set up in our Sienna Tony was the first guy I called and he even provided a better price than the two other places I got on the phone so it was a no brainer to go back here we are so happy that we did it's working great and the whole family loves it!

This place is absolute garbage this is my 3rd visit back to the shop over a BASIC 7" SCREEN install.speakers cutting in and out 1st he says my speaker is bad(the one thats been working perfect for all 6 months ive had my vehicle)..then says "oh well u didnt buy your stereo here(bought 3 weeks ago from best buy) so thats it" what? smh..really dude ..haha...garbage super rip off this place is hella janky n shady..owners a chump ..they have no idea what their doing!everytime u go there its a different installer.....wonder why!? I wont support this punk again.would highly suggest u go

These guys did an excellent job installing an avic-w8400nex, 4 channel rockford fosgate amp that I bought from them and also a bass kit I bought from Frys. It sounds awesome! Tony is great and will price match most places, even amazon. Ill definitely come here anytime I need something done with car electronics. Thanks Tony!

I called this place for a quote and the man was very rude. He quoted me $400 for a car stereo and speaker installation. He kept interrupting me while I told him what I needed to be installed then told me to go to another place. I was shocked as I assumed it was a good place because of the reviews. Right afterwards, I called Pacific Stereo and was quoted $100. Moe was very professional and I was greeted with customer service.
Please don't give attitude to your customers or prospects. We are the reason why you have a 9 to 5 at Car Stereo. Way to go buddy.

Came to capital Stereo on very short notice looking to upgrade my audio system in my 2017 Tacoma Tony showed me a huge variety of choices at the end I decided to go with a pioneer double din Apple CarPlay replacing my door speakers with high end Rockford Fosgate power and a slim T1 woofer Rockford 5 channel amp, the installation was very nice and professional great price and excellent customer service.

Capital stereo is the place to go in Fremont, I had pioneer 8201nex and remote start alarm viper 5706 installed at capital stereo , work was done professionally, price was fair and affordable, they also added backup camera at no charge. Tony greated me nicely with clean waiting area, full of free drinks, coffee and chocolate.
I will go back to capital stereo again for any car audio and video works, I would recommend this place go ahead and try them you will not be disappointed.

But he behaved as if I am asking for his kidney. He SHOUTED at me, even before i finished my sentence " I will not tell you anything until I see the car . Its that simple.", in the worst possible tone ever. !!

Just had a new Blue Tooth Stereo radio and keyless locks replaced on my old 1994 Ford Aerostar. Fast service, nice friendly people. While waiting...two other customers had come from Pacific Stereo and Chevy dealer with complaints that they were going to charge them just for checking the problem. Both left happy and with more money in their pocket!!!

The dealer is good. They are helpful but pricey...
You can get better deals. They installed the navigation system right away.
Pioneer brands however are TERRIBLE. It is next to impossible to update the system once you have it and it is VERY difficult. You have to use a specific jump drive that you download yourself, you can only use one port of two and it has to be a specific one...
I DO NOT RECOMMENDED PIONEER navigation or stereos...
