Not only has she found a way to treat some of my long term issues that many main stream physicians have missed, but she explains the body's healing process and intricate workings so you can be educated and make informed decisions on the treatment available. After contacting several clinics in Honolulu for services and prices, I decided on Hawaii Natural Medicine for my vitamin drips. They are responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and they use a well organized online patient registration (it does take some time to fill out but it's worth it).
Since then, I have visited their clinic a few times for my drips and have always had a wonderful experience. Their clinic is very nice and they seat you in a room for your drips with a gorgeous view of the Oahu hills. Trudy who handles the scheduling is wonderful and a joy to deal with. Receptionist was so rude. I called to schedule an appointment and she was not friendly at all. She seemed irritated by my questions and when I didn’t understand something she said, she spoke so rudely to me that I cancelled my appointment and hung up. I’m disappointed as I was really looking forward to treating with this office, but I’d rather go to another office where the staff is caring and not so agitated by clients.

Dr. Steve is excellent. He is knowledgeable and easy to talk to and always listen to my concerns and any questions that I have even with other conventional treatments that I am currently receiving from other doctors. He is trustworthy and reliable that he keeps up with what is going on with my blood work and all other test results and explains what those test results mean.
His staff are also supportive and friendly as well. Every visit I make makes me feel better physically and emotionally!

After finding several other doctors unhelpful, I made an appointment with Hawaii Natural Medicine after finding them online. Their on-boarding process was all online which made the paperwork and communication prior to my first appointment a breeze.
In my appointment, Dr. Candido was very helpful and understanding and made a lot of great suggestions to be healthy through diet and other natural options and without lifetime medication. She was very perceptive and answered many of my questions before I could even ask them (and I typically have a LOT of questions so this was very impressive).

Both Dr. Carolyn Candido and Dr. Steve are absolute professionals, made me feel the most comforting sense of ease while in their office. They went above and beyond with my treatments, I had both IV and pellet therapy I would 100% recommend to others. They use a very convenient and efficient technology for communication and initial intake forms, they go in-depth with your health goals and record keeping of medical history. They follow Covid safe protocol, their office has a very calming beautiful top floor view of the hawaiian mountains which is very unique and feels like your at a luxurious spa
