Services
If your child, teen, or college athlete has an injury that affects sports, sports performance, or is exercise-related, then your young athlete should be seeing a pediatric sports medicine specialist. The younger athlete needs to be treated differently than an adult.
In growing children, injuries in the bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and joints (musculoskeletal conditions) often are quite different from conditions more commonly seen in older patients. As a pediatric sports medicine specialist, I have the expertise, experience, and qualifications to treat these specific problems.

Do your child a favor, for prevention and treatment of Sports Injuries in children and teens, see Dr Eric Small. He treated each of my children at one point. Because of him, our 14 year old dancer is en pointe with no problems and our other children played hockey and golf through college and onto young adult teams thanks to the excellent healing care from one of the best in Sports Medicine. Thank you, Dr Small!

We had a great experience with Dr. Small when he diagnosed and treated our son with a rare coracoid process fracture. We never wait too long in the waiting room, receive thorough and informed care, and always get the thoughtful and personal follow up phone call from Dr. Small. Thumbs up for this sports medicine physician.

Dr Small was excellent and I have recommended him to many of my friends. He is a real sports medicine doctor who really knows what he is talking about. I was impressed that he took the time to carefully listen to my issue. It was complex and other doctors were not able to figure out my problem. Dr Small figured it out within a few minutes. Other doctors wanted to keep sending me for tests, but Dr Small fixed me within minutes- True!!

Dr. Small is the best doctor I have. He always knows exactly what my problem is before I sit down. He is ready with a plan for me and when I stick to it, I am like a new woman. My entire family comes to see Dr. Small and I wouldn't have it any other way. There needs to be more doctors like him! I highly recommend Dr. Small's services for both your children and young adult needs.
