Stan arrived on time and took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure I understood exactly what happened, how he was fixing it as well as how to ensure it doesn't happen again. He was fantastic. Even took time to defrost the ice off the coils and wiped down the shelves. Highly recommend this company and Stan is a 5 star guy!!

Our Whirlpool refrigerator stopped working last night. My husband called this company today and our technician, Stan, was able to come out to us not long after. Stan the repair person was very professional and customer-centric. We called first thing in the morning and they came out to our home and repaired the refrigerator by 11 am. I would highly recommend Peachstate Refrigeration.

I couldn't be more pleased. I called for help at 8:15. A technician arrived at 9:45. Stan was knowledgeable and efficient. An hour later problem was all fixed - freezer required new heater. I was also educated on how the problem started and other freezer info. The dispatchers were also well trained and kept me posted.

My ice maker was broken. Stan the technician came out and diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner! I am so impressed with the service and professionalism. Even the office staff was wonderful and kept me up to date with the whole process. Very informative! Definitely recommend!!!

My experience was very positive. My technician was Stan, he was very experienced and spent time explaining the problem and options for resolving the issue. It did require a new part however I did not feel pressure to have it done. I was able to make an informed decision based on the information he gave me after analyzing the problem.
I hope I don’t need further repair to my refrigerator but would not hesitate to use this company again and recommend to friends.

Stan came and took care of my refrigerator quickly and professionally. He also educated me on how to use the refrigerator when cleaning out. He pointed out that you cannot use LED lights in the refrigerator. Appliance lightbulbs only. I'm very impressed with this company and highly recommend them. Not only do they repair your issue they help you understand what they are doing and why.

Amazing service! Stan was extremely knowledgeable and head and shoulders above the prior company that took FOUR VISITS to diagnose the problem, then couldn’t find the part to fix it. It took Stan 10 minutes and he not only had the part in stock, he had it with him. Went to great length to explain exactly what happened and why. Best experience I’ve had with an appliance repair company.
