Everything about Titan has been first class & top notch. I've used their services for about 5 years now, maybe more, and they are consistently thorough in their follow up via text message, call, etc. The Dr.'s are always respectful, knowledgable and honest when I have questions. I haven't met any of the team members in person yet but at some point, I'll either travel to Tampa or see everyone at a venue and get to say hello & thank you in person. I would encourage anyone who wants to monitor their lifestyle in a niche environment to use the services.

I was getting texts late Sunday night into Monday morning trying to get me to order more over priced products. They cut my Test doses in half and were charging me the same price for half the product. That's what made me dump them after a year. I was paying inflated charges because I wanted to stay under doctor supervision. But after some reflection you would be much better off doing the research and purchasing products at half the price!

Don't really care about your health or wellness... Hands down not the same care compared to what it was 4 years ago -- you will be charged by overpriced products and people that harassed you because they care only about profit or commissions-- very sad to see a company changed so dramatically in only 4 years since I been a customer... with technology is easy for you to find way better clinics that will do everything remotely just go to any HRT groups online and your eyes will be open !

I've personally had nothing but great experiences with Titan. My rep Michelle is one of my favorite people, as she's always been knowledgeable, responsive and kind. The rest of the staff has been equally eager to assist whenever needed, and very professional. The process is also always very simple. While some things can be pricey, I've never been surprised as they've always been up front with costs prior to any order, and at least I know that I'm getting quality products manufactured in the USA. Now only if they would run more sales so I could order more lol.

I saw a nurse practitioner. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Talk about not caring about the patient. I came with specific concerns, and she did nothing. They gave me an EEG for no reason and billed me for it. They made me come in twice for nothing. I paid $52 for 5 minutes with a nurse practitioner that wouldn't even listen. I ended up going having to go to another doctor since this NP didn't listen to my medical history. Now I am stuck with four doctors appointments from two different places. -10000/10.

I've been with Titan for almost 2 years now and I've never been more impressed with a medical center then I have been with Titan. Titan helped me out when I was so fatigued and couldn't get out of this rut. Thank you so much. The staff is hands on and only a phone call away. I have so much more energy and drive now. They started out great everyone was very friendly. It didn't fall apart until I asked for a letter outlining my regimen, medical need and asking for invoices. The company stated they did not do that and later said they would work with me on getting some of the things my employers FSA required but never did. Ultimately I had to go back to my old TRT clinic.
