We reviewed E's last 2 years of tax returns and asked about long-term goals. Her main goal was to remain independent for the foreseeable future and to accumulate some savings. We analyzed the tax effect of continuing as a sole proprietorship for the next 3 years versus as a Subchapter S Corporation.
We are seeking a Tax Manager with track to Partner, or an opportunity to join immediately as a Partner. Lead growth efforts through active involvement in the delivery of client services. Work with Partners and other lines of business in order to provide exceptional client service. Have a solid understanding of client industry, business, objectives, and risk tolerance.
