This is an incredible company. They are very professional. On top of that, they always have your best interests in mind. Our project manager Pasha spent days fighting with our insurance company on our behalf. We would not have seen a penny from them if we didn't have Pasha's help and know-how. He was extremely kind, caring, and professional. They do some amazing work. I would re-use and refer this company over and over again. I cannot say enough good things about working with Omar and his team for the water damage inspection, cleanup, and repair. We had a pressured water leak in a hot water pipe in the wall of our kitchen pantry. After our plumber stopped the leak and recommended Flood Doctor for the water damage mitigation & restoration process. Pasha was out the next day for inspection and we hired them immediately. They acted quickly, efficiently, and professionally the entire time. There was extra stress having people in and out of the home due to COVID; however, Pasha and his team made us comfortable and followed proper protocols.

First class experience. Flood Doctor Fire and Flood Restoration were responsive, professional, got right to work, had all the right equipment, and knew their business. Robert and Steve represented the company well: hard workers, very professional, and efficient.... the company is lucky to have them. They showed on time and didn't leave until 7:30 PM when the day's job was done. I highly recommend Flood Doctor and would use them again in a heartbeat.

The staff at Flood Doctor was very friendly and helpful. They made working with insurance very easy. The water mitigation crew was excellent and the remodeling and restoration guys did an amazing job restoring the areas that were affected by water. Everything took about two weeks from start to finish -- about 3 to 4 days of that we were all just waiting for my insurance adjuster to approve of all the different restoration estimates. Once they did Flood Doctor had their guys back in their immediately to finish up.

Asked for a quote, went upstairs for a few minutes and they had ripped out floor boards and told me i had mold (which was false). They told me over and over again that insurance was paying for everything and they needed to start NOW. What they neglected to tell me was that they couldn't actually fix my problem, but were more than happy to keep their stuff there running while I got someone else to fix the actual leak. We had a very positive experience with Dave from Flood Doctor (parent company of Advanced Restoration Solutions). Great customer service and they took care of our water damage to our satisfaction. When we called, he even came out that night to assess the damage prior to their appointment with us the next day so they were prepared with the equipment they needed. This business is one of the best we have dealt with over years of owning our home. Starting from the minute they answered the phone, to every stage of the water mitigation process, to issues with insurance - I simply cannot say enough about their dedication and efficiency. Our basement was flooded from a storm over the summer. The floors were ruined and everything was wet. We called various flood restoration companies who could not come out right away. Flood Doctor/Frank answered my call and reassured us that everything would be okay. They came out right away and took care of everything. They were very professional, coordinated our claims with insurance company, and were very reassuring. I would highly recommend them. Our basement was like totally new after they were done.
