Extremely rude!.. we got caught in bad rain with no cash on us fir the bus. I was hoping to get a big car and called. This guy picked up as I spoke asking for a bigger car he cut me off saying “ I don’t need to hear life story” and hang up. Tried to call back never picked up., I’ve never seen anything like this.. the man has humanity at all.. he should not even be in a service business.

Driver pulled out recklessly in front of us and we almost crashed into them. Then he pulled out in front of another car and they almost crashed Into him. The car blared on their horn and put on their high beems to get his license number. Driver is reckless and danger to customers and public safety. This happened on June 30 at 9pm on airport road. If I was the owner I would be worried about this drivers behavior

Critical: Quality
Asked to take us to A coffee place in Oak Bluffs and took us instead to Vineyard Haven. Didn’t realize until we got out of car we were at the wrong place. He also drove recklessly and seemed eager to get us out. Clearly because he didn’t listen to where we actually wanted to go. Waste of our $$.
