We are a small to mid-size contractor that provides a full line of roof systems such as shingle roofs, tile roofs, foam roofs, flat asphalt roofs, walk decks and roof coatings.
Painting your house and trim can make a big difference in your homes curb appeal. A lot of times, we combine the roof replacement with painting the house in the same project. This gives you the advantage of working with one company, one point of contact and better pricing to do it all at once. Dealing with BCS is a waste of time. I recommend steering clear of BCS and finding a reliable roofing contractor.
I initially hired BCS to repair a roof leak, and there were no problems with their work. Recently, I asked BCS for a proposal to replace my roof tiles, and Dean timely followed-up with a proposal. It is now late September. Since mid August, I tried to let Dean know that I wanted to accept the proposal numerous times in both email and phone calls, but Dean won't answer his phone, won't respond to voicemails and return calls, and has not responded to any of my emails. I had no conflict

Dean and his team did a great job replacing my entire patio roof and drywall that got water damaged. Very happy with the job done. He came out right away and provided me with a reasonable estimate. The job got done in a timely manner. The men cleaned up and kept everything professional. Definitely recommend Dean and his team. He is honest and will tell you the best route to take. Prior to contacting him, I got quoted a ridiculous amount by a different company, who wanted to just put a "band-aid" over my roof. Glad I found these guys.

BCS contracting came out to fix our roof last week. They came out next day and did a fantastic job repairing our roof. Dean was so nice and knowledgeable. I felt very confident that he knew what the issue was and resolved it. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

As a residential architect, I am very selective as to who performs any work on my own house. I vetted several companies through the Better Business Bureau and met with multiple contractors. Both the tile and flat roofs were going on twenty years and needed replacement while the back patios needed repairs due to water damage.
Out of the several contractors I met with, Dean by far exhibited the most experience and pointed out about half a dozen items that the other companies had missed (the major ones he identified were incorrectly installed flashing details and the missing flashing on top of exposed

I did not end up using Dean and BCS for my roof, but I thought he deserved a positive review anyway. Dean was very helpful and patient with a solid plan and reasonable price. I would have been quite comfortable using BCS for my roofing project but ended up going a different route. Don't hesitate to reach out to BCS.

Dean and his crew replaced my tile roof and then painted my ceiling to cover two water stains from a leak in the roof that resulted from shortcuts that were taken when my home was originally built. Dean was responsive, quick to provide a reasonable quote for both jobs, and then was quick to schedule the work. Both the roof and ceiling work were even completed ahead of schedule. I'm very happy that BCS Contracting Services was my pick of 3 different contractors. Their work is fantastic.

Dean was great about returning a phone call and showing up for the estimate (trust me, many companies could not do either). He was quick to respond with a quote and due to his communication skills he was awarded the contract. He arrived on the day he said he would and completed the job quickly. It was extremely reassuring knowing the rains were coming and he and his team had addressed the garage roof leak as soon as possible.

We had a significant interior leak as a result of a heavy rain, and were referred to BCS by our original builder. Dean personally responded quickly to our request and promptly set up an appointment. He checked our roof and discovered large holes in the surrounding stucco resulting from extremely poor work done recently by another contractor, as well as several repairs needed on our existing roof from 10+ years of wear. He quickly provided us an estimate of all required repairs, set up a convenient time for the necessary work to be done, made the required repairs on time/budget and returned to perform

I had my patio extended recently by Dean and his crew and that was one of the best experience I've had dealing with contractors! Dean is on top of all scheduling and the communications for the project. I didn't have to check on him like I had to with the other contractors. My husband and I have used Dean for several projects and have been pleased with his work every time. He recently replaced our roof and painted the entire exterior of our house. Dean is very professional and ensures his clients are comfortable with the work he is doing. He was very patient in answering all my questions. Before the roof work started, we had a leak. Dean and his crew are awesome! After some recent storms we discovered a bad leak in our very old roof and knew we were going to have to get a whole new roof. We started bidding out the project, meeting with multiple roofers and not only did Dean have the best numbers but we were also able to get the entire exterior painted as well! And not only was the pricing great but I was told it would take a week and a half to 2 weeks to do ALL of the work which sounded great (again an entire roof, a ton of wood replaced, completely painted, an entire exterior makeover!) so imagine how even better it was when
