You get one star, because Yelp won't let me leave a review without one. If you advertise that you are open 24/7 for towing, I expect to have my call answered or at least returned. It has been 52 hours since I called to arrange a tow for my kid whose truck died Sunday night, stranding him two counties away from home, and I have yet to hear one peep out of LT Towing Service. Fortunately, there are companies that actually want to work, and I was able to get both the kid and the truck to safety.

Great experience! It was a Saturday morning. Needed a tow (small car fire). Of course a wait for towing is always a hit or miss. But he was to me in 20 minutes. Very nice and friendly. Even though we were outside, he wore a mask (COVID) the whole time. Kept appropriate distance. I felt well taken-care of. He called me when the car arrived at the shop to let me know it had been delivered. Highly recommended.

Prompt response on a Saturday morning. I had a dead battery and rapidly failing computer system along with an electronic parking brake, in a tight alley with only one access point. In other words, towing nightmare.
The driver handled the situation with aplomb and quickly got my car to the dealer before their limited Saturday service hours were over so I could get a loaner car and be on my way. I highly recommend L T Towing Service!

L. T. Towing from first phone call was eager and passionate about what he does. I gave him the address to where my project was located and when he showed up it was like an old friend you hadn't seen for years was coming to help. He had a big smile and such a warm personality. I gave him the basics for what the deal with the car was and he jumped in, the right rear drum brake was seized solid but that didn't stop progress, he got the car up no issues and when the car got to my garage he had some clever tricks to get it off the truck. I happened to use LT Towing when my truck broke down.
Called a few towing services, but they gave me a long waiting time.
LT Towing showed up within 15-20 min which was great - it is not a good experience to wait on the street in a broken vehicle...
The price I paid was lower than the price the other towing companies asked as well.

My car's water pump failed and leaked all the coolant from my radiator, which left me stranded on a hill in Shockoe Bottom. Within 20 minutes, LT showed up and got my car on the flatbed! Prompt, great customer relation, and honest service! Can't speak highly enough of LT helping me out in such a stressful situation.
