Awesome place, but I am giving them 2 stars because the front desk/phone DOES NOT LISTEN ...Please check your online appointment system because it sets up appointments and not confirm them with the patients and then your office likes to blame the patients for "no show" and charge them a fee. I've tried telling your phone operator twice and she has argued me up and down that I confirmed appointments when Im still waiting on them to contact me with an appointment time and date. Please train your people so they can do their job correctly and not frustrate people only seeking help.

Why does it take soooo freaking long to see a NP or an actual doctor at this place when there is literally 4 patients in the office. I will never return to this office. It is horrible.
I mean I understand you have to wait your turn but gosh!

My family and I have been patients here for at least 13 years. The medical staff, intake and receptionists are always professional, courteous and caring. Timeframe of visit depends upon what you are there for, but I am normally in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend this practice to others.

Had appointment today with my father. Everything went pretty well. We did forget to do a covid test which I had remindee the young lady Carol that needed to be done. Doctor Morris is absolutely the most awesome doctor I've ever interacted with in my life. Unfortunately during The Visit we did forgot to get the covid test done or have the doctor tell us what we needed to do (or where to go). We have An upcoming appointment with a lung specialist that requires us to get the test within 5 days of the appointment on the 8th. My 90 year old Dad was in the hospital last week and was released to my house with home health care. We had to establish a PCP here being as he lives in Alabama.
I chose this office and took him for his appt on Mon, Feb 10. After waiting for an hour and a half, he was seen by Dr. McKenzie. We liked her. She was very thorough and I feel this issue is not because of her. She seemed concerned about some lab results from the hospital and redrew some bloodwork and a urinalysis. She told me to call later that afternoon for results to see how we needed to proceed. She also asked me to follow up to let

This is the best family medical place in the Midsouth. I have been a life long patient 35+ years I'm 44 now. Dr. Morris is an amazing doctor. The staff is amazing. From the 1st person you call, Ms. Lisa, to this person that meets you at the desk when you come in Ms. Ellen, to Ms. Carroll, his nurse to the person that checks you out that day.
A++++ all the way around!!!

This place is awful. They make you wait so long. They act like your time is far less important than theirs. How is it ok for them to make you wait hours but expect you to be on time for your appointment. If they are running that far behind they could at the very least have the respect to call you so you don't show up hours before they can see you. These are supposed to be smart people why can't they manage a schedule. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Went here again against my better judgment and once again they made us wait for hours. Finally left before being seen. This not normal! If you want to spend

I had an appoint here for 10:30 last week. After arriving i was called back to triage after only waiting a few minutes. Then I was off to get an X-ray. I did have to wait 5 minutes in between. Then off to see the doctor. She actually came and got me from the x-ray area. After seeing the doctor I had to have blood drawn and I was good to go. Best experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I was out of the office by noon and on my way. Very happy with the doctor, nurse and visit.
