Our office offers a variety of therapy and counseling options. Clients may schedule therapy with Dr. Perry, or with master's and doctoral level interns who work under his supervision. Many people struggle when faced with difficult problems or challenges. The death of a loved one can cause prolonged grief, or the end of a relationship can create a long period of sadness.
Psychological assessments are tests that provide a picture of a person's unique psychological makeup. Assessments can provide a great deal of information, such as intellectual abilities, learning disorders, and mental health problems. They can also give insight into career aptitude, personality traits, and neuro-psychological conditions, such as dementia or brain injury.
Dr. Ron Perry provides both clinical supervision and consultation services. Dr. Perry supervises mental health providers working towards licensure. He also consults with licensed or non-licensed providers who need additional support or guidance in their clinical work.
From 2008-2018, Dr. Perry supervised doctoral and master's level trainees and interns at BAART (Bay Area Addictions Research and Treatment) at their East Bay clinics in Oakland, Richmond and Antioch.He currently provides supervision and training to interns at his private practice and for various service providers across the Bay Area.

Appointments are available between 9am - 6pm during the week. Additionally, interns may be available to provide services during evenings and weekends as needed. Dr. Ron Perry is a licensed psychologist in California and a nationally certified counselor. He has a strong background in both clinical and counseling psychology and extensive experience treating a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relational problems, and life transitions.

Ron Perry is such an amazing psychologist. I highly recommend him. He is very friendly, professional and easy going. He takes time to understand the situation and helps to navigate you in the right direction. Dr Ron Perry is extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of his profession and I look forward to speaking with him again in the near future.
