I can't thank Patrizia enough for her kind, caring and empathetic demeanor. She listens and makes recommendation allowing the patient to consider the choices presented. After taking x-rays, she explained what was going on in layman's terms. It was the best phonecall i ever made. Thank you, Patrizia for being so compassionate and competent. Hi Everyone I have worked with Dr wanich many years and marveled at his work.very complex cases were done skillfully and his teaching to residents and students heart warming.
Now iam one of his many patients. His compassion and attention to details and above all not rushing to the operating room are unique.

I had a great experience at this office. My surgery was successful and was followed through with exceptional service provided by the staff at the office. Dr. Wanach is an amazing surgeon. Dr. Matarese and Dr. Tirri also attended me with the utmost care and it is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reputable orthopedic surgeon.

I am 68 years old and recently injured my knee and was in extreme pain.
I went to High Mountain Orthopedics after reading about the practice and the doctors qualifications and background, as well as patient reviews.
I was pleasantly surprised that I was given an appointment so quickly.
I saw Dr Wanich who sent me for MRI imaging and xray.
Dr Wanich determined that I had a loose piece of cartilage and some bone that had worn away over the years that needed to be addressed.
Rather than diving in to a total knee replacement, Dr Wanich suggested orthoscopic surgery to repair my knee.

From day one if me walking into High Mountains Orthopaedics I felt comfortable. I was greeted with a friendly smile. The team of Doctor W. Materese was very knowledgeable. They listened to me and gave their feedback making sure I understood what was going on with me. They walked me through every step.

I highly recommend Patrizia from High Mtn. Orthopedics. She is knowledgeable and the absolute best at giving injections in my knee joints and hands. I barely feel them.
She also has knowledge above and beyond her current position. She knew that I had Shingles when my GP misdiagnosed it as bone pain.
She is always friendly and smiling when I come to the office regardless of how busy she obviously is (everyone knows to ask for her!)
I have already recommended my mother-in-law, who is now her patient, and I would recommend her to anyone else looking for orthopedic care

Went for knee pain and saw Dr Matarese. He is the head of ortho at St Joe's in Wayne. Very nice bedside manner and you can tell he has had success. He set me up with a cortisone and future cartilidge injections. Two days post shot and I'm feeling great.
I was very blunt and told him I'm not interested in rehab for 4 days per week for 10 weeks like most drs with a relationship with a therapy place push
Very happy with this practice. The front desk staff was very nice as well.
