Trenell accepted the request for this appointment only a couple of days prior. She had recently moved to her new location therefore, I felt impressed by her commitment to customer service that she was willing to accommodate me. Her work was so impeccable and without pain. I came in for a hair loss consultation to address traction alopecia around my edges from wearing braids for years. I met Trenell at the shop for a 30 minute consult in a private room in the back away from the hubbub of the rest of the salon. She recommended a non damaging hair extension service. When I came in for the appointment I got scalp treatment services, the install, and a regime of hair care products. I've been coming back for reinstalls about every 3 months. She is very knowledgeable about hair. My cuts and relaxers are perfect every time. Trenell LeShelle really understand what I want and caters to it. she is well worth the price. After going to less expensive salons and having to deal with bad results, it just makes sense to go to a seasoned, experienced hair dresser like Trenell for excellent results and to be stress free!
