Very professional! Doug does a great job of supervising his crews. He also goes out of his way to work with insurance companies to maximize the settlement. My neighbor was jealous of the finished product compared to the roof/gutters he had replaced with a different roofer.

Ted worked on our home about 10 years ago and I remembered him being easy to work with and a man of integrity. We have since moved to a different state but still own that home. After having a bad experience with our previous roofing company, we did a lot of research before choosing Concord. Ted and Caleb are both wonderful to work with. They were up-front about the work we needed done, how much it would cost, and what they could do to help us out. In the end, they lived up to every one of their commitments. Better than 5 stars. I needed new roof, screens, fence staining and house painting. Ted was the best. He understood my needs and worked with me. The roof was professionally done and on schedule. My mortgage company inspector complimented me that our roof was the best work she had seen. I was very pleased.
