I recently received my furniture delivery from Coup Restorations. The reaction of me and my husband was "blown away", by the immaculate attention to detail and care that was taken on both restored pieces. Our dining set was in need of staining to match or cabinets, and came back a perfect match. The chairs were recovered and all upholstery was neatly done. The fabric and cording around each chair was put on with thought on how the pattern would tie into the chair's design. I had my sleigh bed reupholstered to fit our new home, and the outcome was spectacular. It looks show room new! Steve is incredible

Steve and his staff are courteous, friendly and professional. I had six kitchen chairs done and they are awesome! They were my grandmother's and match with her 1960's table top.
Steve is talented and has the years of experience to do remarkable work.. He worked with me on deciding the fabrics to use and also had swatches mailed to me.
They also did detail work cleaning up the metal on the chairs and replaced the sliders.
I do not live in Ohio but the drive to drop them off and pick them up was absolutely worth it. I am so glad I chose them to do the work.

I used this company to repair a botched furniture repair done by another company. The person that repaired my furniture did a top notch job and was very professional. The business owner.....not so much.
Two things happened: 1) The owner wouldn't allow the furniture repairer to testify in my legal case against the people that did the original botched job (Furniture Physicians....and this in and of itself isn't the reason I changed my review to negative), and 2) After I later moved and wanted to hire them to do another repair, they wanted to charge a $300 out-of-market differential
