I placed an order for a custom labeled wine in late November. There was an error with the shipping address, which Personal Wine had been made aware of. But I had to reach out to inquire about the status of the shipment. Once I did, she made sure to tell me that I had made a mistake and that they would charge me $19 to reship the package. I assure you, the address I shipped to is correct. Verified by the client and his business website.

I stumbled across Personal Wine by chance when I was searching for a magnum bottle of Whispering Angel online. I had no idea I could personalize a bottle of wine online. I ordered the magnum with a customized label and the process was very smooth and easy! I never got a shipping confirmation email so I reached out to them and got a response pretty quickly. The package did arrive the morning after they guaranteed it would, so I would recommend giving yourself a few days as a buffer so you aren't in a pickle. The label looked amazing and the bottle was packaged in styrofoam so it was protected

I ordered some custom inscribed wine glasses and was disappointed.
The etching was so faint I could barely see it. The font and logos were also very small and badly proportioned. Dealing with Franco at customer service was like speaking with a 5 year old, he didn't listen and just kept repeating what he was trained to say, constantly talking over me and in denial. I didn't feel that the quality or design was worth the cost. The best part was after I told franco the product did not measure up to what was promised he did offer me a discount on future orders ? Was very happy with the product!... it made a really nice gift for a 50th wedding anniversary. Was a little disappointed with the personalized sticker.. I thought the writing was really small and was concerned that they wouldn't notice that we had made a personalized sticker.
Another concern was the card that I ordered... it looked like somebody sat on it...it was on very thin paper and came in a sealed envelope all crumpled up... I am so happy that I opened it and took a look. This kind of thing just makes the whole gift look cheap... I went out at the last minute to buy a card.

Rarely do I write reviews but in the case of Personal Wine it was definitely warranted! I found this gem of a company while browsing the internet. I was looking for a unique First Communion Favor for guests at my daughter's celebration in May. I decided on mini wine bottles and wanted to customize the label myself. I recently retired and for my special guests I wanted to have some last minute engraved glasses made to commemorate the occasion. The event was less than 10 days away. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Got a few Pinot Grigio bottles personalized for one of my fav former co-workers for her birthday, and I was really impressed with the end of result. She LOVED it, and I seriously couldn't be more happy from the pictures she sent me after receiving the gift. The only criticism I have is that the templates don't necessarily align with the corresponding event--I picked a label for her birthday that was actually under 'Valentine's Day'--but it was easily remedied by a few font changes and so forth. There were a few templates that were perhaps misplaced

I ordered two customized bottles of champagne yesterday (10/27). While it took me some time and Photoshop skills to find photos that would translate to the bottle (the mockup feature on the website helped IMMENSELY), the ordering process was smooth and easy. I was told to expect a pickup date of 11/3, and got a call TODAY (10/28) saying my order was ready. Looks fantastic, as well. Will use again and recommend!

I just ordered two customized bottles of wine for two friends who recently got engaged. I tried to make them each unique "congratulations" messages on the bottles and submitted my order. Later that evening I realized I put the messages on the opposite bottles that they were supposed to go with so I contacted the website to see if I could pause the orders and switch the messages. I received a very prompt response first thing the next morning asking what they could do to help with the changes I needed. My sister loves the etched bottles. I bought 6 bottles as a wedding gift (what do you get 2 doctors that already have everything?) and they turned out better than I'd hoped. After having a little trouble with the online design, Michael was very helpful when I called. We worked the design via emails and he followed up with shipping info when the bottles were done and after the shipment to make sure everything was fine. This is a gift idea and company that I will use again.

Downstairs in the basement is a swanky low key wine bar. Not one of those scenes where people are there to be seen and you have to talk loudly to the person sitting next to you. This is a place where wine lovers go for a glass or two and relax and have some conversation. They have a nice variety of bottles and truly believe a wine expert could find a few that they love. The seating consists of over sized leather chairs and many leather sofas. They have a bar area and one really long table perfect for large parties or tastings.
