Dennis Eoriatti, owner of Villaggio Restaurant, is a strong believer in alternatives, especially when it comes to pizza. I know we have a couple of chain pizza places here in Norwalk, but I really wanted something different. Something homemade and traditional. Relaxed and casual, he serves up pizza, pasta, sandwiches and many other italian favorites.
Recipes were developed by the owner operator Dennis Eoriatti in 2008 when the restaurant first opened.

I know we have a couple of chain pizza places here in Norwalk, but I really wanted something different. Dennis figured that if he wanted an alternative, others might too. More than 40 years of food industry experience and a longtime passion for cooking Italian food led him to figure he could put together a family freindly restaurnt featuring food that was fussed over.

I'd rate 0 stars if it was an option. We came here because we heard the food was great. When we went it took an hour and a half to receive our order, once our order was received there was a hair plain as day across my food. First and last time I will ever support this local restaurant. If you are looking for great food in this area try China Dragon, El Dorado, El Maya, or Winns.

We ordered a half pepperoni half Italian sausage last week. Picked it up from the restaurant it was absolutely delicious. Move forward week too we ordered the exact same pizza couldn't wait to get it home. This pizza was nothing like the one we had a week before it barely had any sausage on it and it was absolutely swimming and sauce The sauce was so thick it was just running off of it couldn't even eat the pizza it was nasty breaks my heart. We have been told it's often like that it depends on who's making the pizza owner should really set some standards.

The food was bland The seating area isn't set-up to accommodate most normal sized families with very little room for family gatherings. When you order fountain drinks you are supposed to get them yourself, however the drink machine is in the doorway into the kitchen so if you go for a drink you are very likely to be in the way.
