I had the pleasure of working with Reid Shigeno to purchase my first property. Reid was professional, responsive, friendly, and trustworthy.
Reid is not just out to make a commission but truly has your best interest at heart. There were some properties I asked about and Reid would give me his honest opinion about the safety of the neighborhood and the value for the price.

Working with James was easy as it gets. He handled the sale of my home in a very professional and personable manner. He navigating very smoothly through having two buyer's drop out in escrow by keeping previous bidders interested in the property so we moved very quickly into a new deal. James took the time to get to know what is important to me, why I was selling the property and how I like to be contacted and communicated with. The real estate market in Los Angeles can be brutal for a first time buyer. You can have fantastic credit and a steady job, be pre-approved by a major bank with a 20% down payment, and yet this will just help you get your foot in the door. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the area where we were buying, he was also a tremendous resource for us through a somewhat difficult mortgage process as well. His calm demeanor and attention to detail made us feel less anxious and much more comfortable buying our first home.
