We had to have a lot of work done as we believe our trees have not been pruned in a very long time. They were scheduled to come out on a Thursday and we received an email asking if they could come on Tuesday instead. There was a storm that came through and they were worried if they waited we would end up being pushed back so the homes affected by the storm could be taken care of. They were proactive and came out that Tuesday and got all the work done. When they first arrived, they walked through to make sure we were in the same page. I'm an apartment manager in N Spokane. I called around too many places trying to find a company to trim our big maple tree here. Most place never returned my call. The folks at A1 promptly returned all of my calls and gave a heads-up for their arrival time. The tree crew was professional and hard-working. The crew chief (sorry his name escapes me) was personable and even went the extra mile for me when I asked him to remove a few branches in front of Yield sign on the street so that cars do not miss it. He did it at no extra charge. Thank you A1 trees service, excellent job!!

We recently had a huge tree taken down in our front yard and the team that came out was EXCELLENT. The company made the whole process a breeze and stress free. While a few other companies we tried to call to get quotes wouldn't call us back, A1 picked up the phone and was able to schedule an estimate the very next day. The communication was fast and everything was explained perfectly. When the service was performed the team that came out was so friendly and clearly VERY experienced. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for tree services.
