A home inspection is a visual inspection of the accessible major systems & components of the home for the conditions that exist at the time of the inspection. The inspection is conducted in accordance with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration Standards of Practice (AZ BTR SOP). It's our goal to make the inspection process as clear, concise, and easy as possible for you.
It is estimated that a wooden structure has a 70% chance of being attacked by termites within 10 to 20 years. Termites are a problem that many Arizona property owners face at one time or another. In 1974, a law was created to protect consumers against recalled items by making the manufacturer responsible for fixing or replacing the faulty item AT NO COST.

Amazing job! I only had a 5-day inspection window and AJF was able to be out within a day from calling. Jeff & Eric were very thorough and walked me through everything. I have done about 6 inspections in my life and the AJF online portal was one of the easiest to understand with descriptions and photos. I was more than pleased with the services provided by AJF Inspections & Engineering. Inspector Ross Baudhuin was well grounded in his craft, well prepared for the event, and thorough in scope of his work. He also took the time to explain his observations with me real time as he worked.
I was quite impressed with AJF's documentation and reporting system. They have clearly resourced their software and systems to be both thorough, flexible and quick in execution. Ross's summary report was finalized and reviewed with me on site within 20 minutes of the completion of his inspection process.

This was my first time working with AJF. I saw they did a presentation at my teams office and everyone had such great things to say. They have such a clean process and the reports are the best I’ve ever seen. Mark Marzocco was very informative, professional and gave great explanations to my clients. We were glad they offered sewer scope’s as well so my clients could get that taken care of in one place. Tyler and Terry Robinson did a great job. Highly recommend for inspection needs.

Their inspection services were the best of the 30+ house inspection transactions I've experienced. They even ran a report listing all appliances for any recall notices. They tested the AC air flow. Did great job on the termite inspection also.

Absolutely amazing service from AJF! They came highly recommended from our realtor and we are so glad that we selected them. Mark M. was able to come out the next day and did just an incredible job! He was thorough, explained every component and helped us understand options for repairs. He made us feel safe and secure in our choice of home and helped us understand where some of the specific safety concerns were as well.
