Charles Mustell is a 1986 graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a 1989 graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School. During his education, Mr. Mustell was awarded the prestigious honor of being named a Presidential Scholar as well as being named to the Dean's List for academic achievement and being awarded an academic scholarship.
Mr. Mustell is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and has been licensed in the state since 1989. Auto accident, rear ended, person only carried $10,000 on their insurance for personal injury. I had a herniated disc & a number of doctor appointments, I asked on a couple of occasions to just close the case out with the insurer. 20 months later and nothing done, does not return phone calls or answer emails. I have requested a termination of my contract with him, no response.

This was my first and hopefully last insurance claim, though it was very intimidating to say the least Charlie and his team were a blessing. They made sure I understood the process and was up to date with everything; they were extremely attentive and available for any concerns I had.
