One night deposit is required and payable within 15 days of date reservation is made for reservations more than 90 days from arrival date. Reservations made within 90-day arrival period, a one night deposit is required within 24 hours. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival date. If a reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date, full payment is due at time reservation is made.

A week ago my family of 23 stayed at Cedar Mountain and let me tell you the house was PERFECT!!!!!! Beautiful doesn't even describe it and the pictures do the home no justice!! This home was absolutely AMAZING!! The kitchen was HUGE & FULLY stocked with appliances, cook ware, utensils, cleaning products and there was even laundry soap!! The home was very spacious with enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The showers were huge with great water pressure. The outdoor patio was big with 2 huge picnic tables and even a little lounging area in the corner (perfect for teenagers). The house is in

My family and I Book a cabin every year in June. The river is never packed, you have your own space, it’s quite and peaceful. The cabin has a personal jacuzzi, River is less than 400 feet away from the cabin. Cabin is fully loaded with cookware, liens, as well as electronics (TV). We used to go to Gardner every year but since we found out about Concan, we have enjoyed this lodging location a lot better.

Update: After further talking with the owner/manager (not sure which), she did her part to help us out and make sure we were fully satisfied. Thank you for taking care of us. I am sure we will book with you again.
Called at 5:23 to make our payment after getting off work and left a voicemail asking to please return the call first thing the next morning so payment could be made. My phone call was never returned. Called later to make payment only to be told it went to someone else. Customer service is lacking. Will not rebook with this company. We will continue to use Frio Country Resort instead

Tried to reserve a house with concan river lodging and asked to give our group until a few minutes after 5 (for those families that work, to pay their part) left several voicemails, only to have the house given to someone else first thing the next morning bc they could not return phone calls. Me and my family go every year and this is the second time booking with concan river lodging with Claudia and once again very satisfied! The homes are great we stayed at Los Arcos very nice home! Lots of room! Thanks once again for an awesome stay for our family vacation! Sad we forgot to sign the book Lol Till next year!

We stayed in La Cascada for 3 nights with 4 families totaling 19 people. The house was very spacious, very well stocked with excellent cookware, bedding, paper products, has an extra fridge as well. It was gorgeous and the pool is much larger and nicer than the photos reflect. Beautiful location backing up to golf course. We saw alot of deer.
