Redwoods, Inc. has been supplying Waco and its surrounding area with the best lumber and building materials available since 1965. We're a small, family owned corporation. Charles Evans started Redwoods, Inc. in 1965. A second generation, Greg Evans and his wife Cynthia have been running Redwoods since 2003.

Redwoods, Inc. is a locally owned and operated specialty lumber yard located in Waco, Texas. We stock an inventory of many types of lumber that a general building materials lumber yard would not carry. Not only do we stock and sell these woods, but we try to offer some assistance and advice to our customers as they request.

Western Red Cedar Report

Grown and milled in the upper Northwest and Canada, our hand-selected Cedar is an authentic, elegant, and enduring option for a wide variety of projects. Cedar is valued for its rich texture, amber-to-reddish-brown coloration, rustic aesthetic, and heady natural scent. Cedar is highly durable-its dimensional stability shows comparatively little warping and shrinking, and its natural preservatives improve overall toughness.

Cedar Siding L&G, T&G Report

We carry several different styles and patterns of Western Red Cedar siding from 8' to 20' including Tongue & Groove, Lap & Gap (Channel), and Board & Batt. Channel siding is a popular type of lap siding and is used whenever a rustic appearance is desired. A versatile siding, it can be installed vertically, horizontally, or diagonally.

I’m not surprised to see such a high rating overall. I’ve never had better customer service anywhere. This is by far the best customer service experience in the construction Industry you will have. Informative and friendly and so much more. Wish I had more work to shop here even more.

Friendly, all-out project support, these guys fill your order as fast as is realistically possible. Generally a great selection, and if they don't have it, they'll do whatever they can to help you. What more could you ask for? Free coffee? They might have that too...
