Services
We are a social justice oriented clinic passionate about making evidence-based treatments accessible to all. We are committed to providing you with evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
After 70 years of research, we know one thing for certain about treating OCD- ERP is the way to go. When I started considering ERP for OCD treatment, I would have done just about anything to feel better. Part of me felt like I had so much to lose. The only thing I ended up losing was the grip and trap of 24/7 OCD and gained unparalleled happiness and freedom.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based therapy rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a family of therapies that share a core tenet that psychological problems can be understood by examining and changing the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

DBT leverages change-based CBT interventions in balance with mindfulness approaches that emphasize nonjudgmental openness to experience and radical acceptance.Individual therapy - Clients meet weekly with an individual DBT therapist to decrease harmful behaviors, increase skill use, maintain motivation to stay in treatment, and to work towards self-identified goals in the interest of building a life worth living.
Our mission is to create a space of inspiration, support, community, and healing, rooted firmly in the idea that we have the ability to heal ourselves when we do it together. Our aim is to provide a safe space for Black Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) to discover our own healing potential, at our own pace, in our own way.
There will be times when you have exhausted all available resources and coping strategies. When you need urgent support that can not wait for your scheduled therapy appointment, there will be people who are ready to help. Being outside and seeing nature has been evidenced to help fight symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Took almost 5 months to get set up with a therapist. I had a job change a few days before my appointment. so I let them know they said it was still okay. I missed my appointment by about 15 mins due to starting a new job and not having service. I called the therapist back after she left a voicemail and she said it’s okay we will just reschedule. So I did thinking everything is okay. A few days later I look at my bank account and they took $175 out of it. I never authorized nor was informed that this was going to happen. I called the therapist right awaythe and she said well insurance will reimburse
