Thank you so much! My mom came in to visit for the weekend and needed a wheelchair since she has a bad hip. The ladies here made the process super quick! Was in and out in less than 10 minutes which was great because we were pressed on time.
Returning the wheelchair was just as easy.

This was the only medical supply location near me that was open before 9:00 am so I was able to get a transport wheelchair for my husband's surgery recovery with no stress. The wheelchair was in great condition and very clean. The lady that worked there was very nice and helpful and showed me how the wheelchair folded etc before I left. The cost for the week rental was very reasonable. The return was easy peezy. If you need to rent a wheelchair or other medical supplies I highly recommend.

Linda was super helpful and very responsive; as I was trying to pull off a miracle and get a full hospital set-up inside my besties house in one day for her daughter that was in a horrible car crash.
The products are all as pictured/described and the customer service has been very good. Only hiccup has been trying to get all the pieces ordered (but they did deliver as they could).
I would definitely reach out to this helpful and reasonably priced company for your medical equipment/supply needs in the East Valley!

We are snowbirds from Colorado spending the cold months in Arizona. My wife needed some "air" equipment. We found Easy Medical Store thru the internet. The store itself is small and rather obscure. But once inside we were met by a warm and welcoming staff member. She readily answered our questions and showed us a few options. The prices were the best that we had seen and the service was superb. We would highly recommend this store.

This place has some of the WORST customer service. First, don't buy from them because they rip you off on their prices. You can buy the exact same knee scooter from Amazon for almost $150 cheaper And if your a Prime Member you can get it delivered in 48 hours free. I called 5 days after we ordered because I'd figured this out (keep in mind when you need them you're in the middle of a crisis. I found the EZ Medical Store online after my parents confirmed they'd be visiting, and I knew I'd need a wheelchair for my Dad. Located conveniently near Hwy 60 and Cooper Road, it is in a small industrial building across the street from a nice shopping complex. I was relieved to learn that EZ Medical Store offers medical equipment for rent or purchase, and that the rental fees for a wheelchair were convenient and reasonable ($35 for a week).

Rented a wheelchair with my mother so that she could enjoy sightseeing on a family road trip. We got great customer service from the office, and the wheelchair worked perfectly, even over questionable terrain. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for this company and management. I was stuck in a bind after my portable oxygen concentrator that was rented from a different company, failed on me 20 minutes into my flight from Houston to Phoenix. Disappointingly that said company did NOTHING to get me a replacement POC in time for my return flight, so I was lucky enough to come in contact with Mike Foster and this company.
