Beginning in 2005, Morrison Property Maintenance started servicing the basic lawncare, landscape, and snow removal needs for property owners and managers in Livingston County. Dedication to our customers properties, timely service, and the desire to grow led us into expanding with landscape design and installations.
On our first meeting we will explore your vision in detail, while visiting the site. It is at this meeting we discuss many options and different ideas. During this time on site we can observe things like: access to location, grade, soil conditions, sun light exposure and direction. Many people are afraid to discuss the age old question on every project, "How much is this going to cost me".
Using the latest technology, we design and configure our systems to work for your landscape. This was such an impressive company to work with. They were hard working, very concerned with doing things right and giving us what we want, and great with my children. Our neighbors were all impressed as well.

I wanted to put this info up for this company because what I experienced. Rob who came outside his service area to give me an estimate is extremely knowledgeable and experienced to say the least. I need a large wall re-done and have no experience with this. I had a book of questions and concerns. It took a week, very reasonable especially considering this is a busy time of year. When I did speak with Rob he not only answered all of my questions with out being asked he gave me a very useful crash course so to speak education on the process, he was sending pictures during our conversation and just

What a wonderful experience it was working with Rob, and all the guys who worked on our project. We couldn't be more pleased with our new patio and front side walk.
