Parsons Sewing Center opened its door in 1953 in Holyoke, Ma, under the ownership of Mr. Wally Parsons thus, beginning a long New England tradition of sewing machine sales, service and trust. Mr. Parsons began by selling Singer sewing machines and in 1970 he moved his business to High St. in Holyoke, MA where he brought his wife into the business to begin offering lessons in sewing and free motion embroidery.
Parsons Sewing Connections is a multi-dealer brand sewing store. We feature the Husqvarna /Viking, Brother and Juki lines of machines. Each Sewing machine brand has its own uniqueness and features that appeals to its own sewist. We pride ourselves in helping you choose the make and model of machine that fits your needs and budget.
All Sewing Machine repairs are done ON SITE at Parsons Sewing Connections. Our expert technician Jane, is certified in all aspects of service and repair for ALL Brother AND Husqvarna/Viking machines from 1950's models to the top of the line Brother Dream Machine and Viking Designer Epic. We ALSO service other makes and models of Sewing Machines and Sergers such as Juki, Singer, White, Kenmore, Janome, Necchi, Bernina mechanical and store brands.

I was looking for a Custom Embroidery shop,AND I finally found (Parsons Sewing Connections)!100percent glad I did .I called them all they couldn't do what I needed done?When I spoke with them at Parsons Sewing Connections the woman said that they could do it bring it in and I would take a look and see if I could do it.I got in my car and went and spoke to her and showed her what I was looking to do and she was (very nice and I could tell that this was the place she knew her (-hit she looked at the jacket and what I wanted and took my information and said I will have it done in a couple days. Despite my best efforts, which included reviewing the manual, YouTube videos, and troubleshooting steps, I was unsuccessful at solving my problem. I have Never been disappointed by Marlene or her staff. Always helpful and interested in how my projects are coming along. I am looking forward to up coming show and tells. I judge a company by the way they deal with a customer when there are hickups/challenges. I want everyone to know that I rate Parson's with an A+++. When Marlene sells you a machine she wants to make sure you are trained on the machine you purchase and if you have any challenges with set up she will make sure your machine is running. I have purchased numerous machines and can not be happier. I recommend purchasing all of you sewing needs through Parsons in West Springfield.
